Voltron was the shit. Thundercats was the bomb too. Liono was the man!!! Pre-Transformers was Go-Bots. Lol. This thread rocks!!!
No doubt. Can't believe I forgot to mention this.
Standing on a hill in my mountain of dreams,
Telling myself it's not as hard as it seems - Led Zeppelin
You can't do that on Television. "Water!"...."I don't know." Lol. "Hey Moose,""Yes Allister." Rif-Raf was a favorite cartoon of mine. Or how about Street Frogs? "who can do hip hop better then a frog can?Street Frogs!"
Dont know if Scooby Doo was mentioned, but I watched a ton of it.
I read every Goosebumps and Animorphs book out.
Loved Hangin with Mr. Cooper and anything that came on TGIF.
CatDog and Angry Beavers
I feened Goosebumps books & Matt Christopher sports books. This is another topic that deserves its own thread.
This thread is already legendary 2 pages in and needs to be pinned to the top of this page.
Ones I will never admit to in person: Jem and SheRa
Oh my God, Are You Afraid of the Dark was...the...bomb. F*ck I loved that show!
Some other good shows...boy meets world, home improvement, full house, and family matters, I was also always a big cosby show fan
Rocket Power, Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Fresh Prince of Bel Air. But in the fall Saturday mornings consisted of College Gameday.
I thought the show was pretty overrated personally, but I would take Aunt Becky to the cleaners.
Gotta admit, Tapanga, Laura Winslow & Mrs. Huxtable were my childhood crushs.
I was head over heels for the pink power ranger (Amy Jo Johnson). Topanga was bangin, too. The ep where she gets that really expensive haircut and actually *discovers that she's hot*...
Are You Afraid of the Dark > Goosebumps
That gave me nightmares.
When it comes to the show you are correct, and it's not even close. I loved the one where the kid got stuck in the arcade game. Serves that douche right for snooping around. The one where the thing come out of the pool gave me the creeps too.
Are you afraid of the dark was definitely one of my favorites growing up. I also loved beavis & butthead (once i was a little older).
GI joe with the PSAs was the best thing ever
kid gets trapped on frozen lake, GI Joe tells him to get the fuck off his ice
FSU Ambassador to the masses
Boy meets world is about to have new episodes based on Savage and Tapanga and their kids.
I remember ghost writer. Don't forget "Where in the world is, Carmen San Diego? "
Super Chicken was one of my favorites!!!
Same lady who did the voice for the show Where is Carmen San Diego was the radio host in the movie the Warriors
Wow the Warriors!! Nice!!! +1 for you sir! Great thread!!
Can't believe nobody has brought up Fat Albert, Captain Caveman, Superfriends, Grape Ape......GI JOE was my thing though. The cartoon was the bomb, but I loved playing with the action figures. I literally used to write screenplays for when I played with them. I had soundtracks. I would put red magic marker on them for blood. I had romantic interests with Flint and Lady J. I had, every toy imaginable. The aircraft carrier was the end all be all. My favorite GI Joe figures were Storm Shadow(white ninja) and Tunnel Rat. I would spend hours in my room coming up with plots for my GI Joes. Lol.
