Man, apparently I need to reread ADWD.
I think in WInds of Winter some shit is about to go down. Battle in Slavers Bay, Aegon in the Stormlands, Jons situation, etc. Some characters are going to come into contact with each other and lots are going to die. I honestly have no idea what is going to happen or who is going to "win" (if anyone at all)
Could easily see all four. I really hate the whole idea of people coming back to life (Catelyn) and I hope that doesn't become a theme.
No way Selmy survives the end of the war. Hope he dies a heroic death somehow and not on the toilet.
As far as narrators, I think Dany, Jon, Arya, Sansa, Bran, Tyrion, and Jaime all make it to the last book. Everyone else is on the table IMO

No love for Name of the wind? Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
The Name of the Wind has 104,955 ratings and 9,880 reviews. Shannon said: This is why I love fantasy so much. After a recent string of okay fantasy novel...
What you eat, don't make me shit.
Well put, I am sure the Targayen pretender won't make it long..I could see Cersei randomly sticking around

I've never even heard of it. I will check it out. Thank you.
Yeah, Aegon is going down. Probably a pretender IMO and not even the real baby.
Thats how I see it going down... Dany's gonna lose it, and Jon Snow runs her through with Longclaw...
... Then he hops on Drogon, flies away, and moons all the 7 kingdoms as he does it.
I can buy that. I'm adding Davos to the list.
Kinda chuckling at Martel...all someone has to do is kick him real hard in the kneecap and he'll probably keel over.
$10 says Jorah kills Selmy somehow.
Isn't Snow gonna turn into Azor Azai ?
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Its a theory.
I do think Dany loses it and Snow has to put her down. I also wouldnt be shocked if nobody is AA and Mel dies a horrible death trying to bring someone back
Imo, or the theory I believe is that Snow turns into Azor and marries Dany then both conquer the world as Azor and Dany's dragons destroy the walkers and return to the red keep as the baddest couple the world has ever seen
thus the final love story being a " song of ice and fire "

I think thats the ending we get, but its kinda boring, dont you think?
Eh, its rare when I like an ending
And with how epic these books have been so far, the ending won't really matter much to me
Whatever it happens to be
"If you think this has a happy ending, then you haven't been paying attention."
Little Finger conquers the world ?
Don't sleep on that annoying f*cker.
I predict everyone's favorite characters all end up dying.
Well my favorite character can't die so Im good
Set fire to him and see what happens
His flock of 3 eyed ravens would just pee on him and put out the blaze
Seems logical, but its a little too conventional for GRRM.
I really have no idea how this ends, and like you said the story is good enough that I don't really care much as long as someone boring like Sansa doesn't end up on the Iron Throne
Shes getting better, but I still find her one of the least interesting POV
Agree with all this. Anytime I would turn a page and see 'Bran' at the top, I'd curse under my breath...
...then I read the fvck out of it.
Barristan was a bad MFer in ADWD. His POV were why I love books like these.
