Any pointers on how to handle Georgia Tech. I don't think I have seen USC play against the old Triple-Option.
This could end very badly, especially since our D can't tackle.
Practice, practice, practice. Teams with over 2wks to prepare for that offense stop it.
Their defense is pretty rough. Your offense can score easily on them. If they try to pass, you've got them beaten.
Blow up their offensive line and GA Tech has no shot.
you have to have good penetration from your D-Line and you have to be sound tacklers
score on offense. get ahead by a couple TDs and force them into field goals and you will kill them. dont let up on offense and its over by the 3rd quarter. marquie lee is going to eat them alive
FSU Ambassador to the masses
Sto the dive, if you don't do that ou have no chance, PJ will ride that the whole game if he can. How are your interior DL? That's key
You could always ask the MTSU board as well
Good tackling and assignment football.
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
This one surprises me since USC had so much time to prepare. It's tough to do if you havent done it in ages and you have to play a game the week before, but talent should win out with a lot of prep time. If you haven't seen enough of this, watch a game w/ Georgia Southern. Granted they're smaller players, but holy cow they're surgeons with the execution.
this game is exactly how to not beat GT.
apparently Lane didnt feel like planning for the triple option. it should have been easy given this much time and all the offensive weapons you guys had
Don't do what y'all did. That's for damn sure.
GT is going to finally stop embarrassing the ACC in the post season. i dont remember the last time they won a bowl game. GT guys help me out here
Gonna take a lot more than a win against a crappy ass USC team to make me feel better about the ACC.
jesus christ GT is trying to give it away with these retarded penalties
Teams need edge rushers to stop GT, and CB's that can tackle. GT rarely runs up the middle, and when they do it's usually not for a huge gain.
Truer words have never been spoken...
Next time you play them just do the opposite of whatever you did today.
How was GT even bowl eligible with a sub 500 record? I thought that you had to at least be 500 or better.
You can apply for a waiver if either there aren't enough bowl eligible teams or if your 7th loss came as a result of a CCG which was the case with GT. Happened to UCLA last year as well.
It's okay lamp, you didn't know any better.
I completely forgot that GT made the conference championship game. God what a joke the ACC is in that division. A 500 team making the championship game is an embarassment.
