Anyone who calls this game a lock is crazy based on the last 4 games.. And elite D's will keep both teams in the game no matter who they play.
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
That's what it's all about dog
Bama wins easily. This will be the statement game of the season. Revenge from last years loss in BDS. 27-6 good guys.
You lost last year at home to the team we are discussing. One of the worst FAIL posts I have seen in a while.

If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Nothing he said isn't true. We beat everyone on our schedule last year by at least 17 points. We lost to LSU, but we also beat them by 17+ in the title game.
That said, I want to see LSU win this weekend. That's a fishy line against a team that struggled to beat La Tech. If they go into our showdown with 2 losses I think their will to win is a little less late in the game.
"2 straight years of beating everybody by at least 17 points" is NOT true. Bama has not gone 2 straight years beating everybody; therefore, his statement is not true. His post was a classic case of selective memory. Bama lost, at home, to LSU last November...that's not "beating everybody."
"You can learn more character on the two-yard line than anywhere else in life." - Former LSU Coach and AD Paul Dietzel
Every team we've beaten has been by 17 points or more in the last 2 years. Surely, it isn't that hard for you to comprehend. We did play LSU and we did beat them by 21.

Here come the idiots. "Beating everybody by 17." How else should I read this? You haven't beaten everybody. Selective memory and twisted facts are a beautiful thing. In your post you are actually RESTATING what he said to make it true. Stated as he said, it is NOT true. Stated as you wrote it "every team we have beaten" is true. Are you seriously questioning my comprehension?
Congrats on your mulligan. Your team took full advantage of its second bite at the apple. Just make sure that you win the first one this year, the BCS isn't likely to give you a second chance again.

Someone should give you a pat on the back. You clearly are making things more difficult than they really are. No one is saying we didn't lose to LSU.
2 straight years of beating everybody by at least 17 points." = False
Fact: You haven't beat everybody in the last 1 year.
Now the way you say it is true. It just happens to be the opposite of what he said. Maybe he meant it that way, but stop acting like the rest of us are the ones comprehending it wrong.
If the game was played today, Bama by 10-17 or so. In 3 weeks? Who knows. I like our chances. If Bama plays well, I don't think it matters who we are playing this year.
This is what scares me. It would not shock me at all if the game comes down to some crazy fake punt that Les cooks up during the bye week. You have to know going in that he has something up his sleeve.

Only 2 of you feel that way. I think everyone else understands what he was saying.
Everyone on earth should feel that saying "we beat everyone" does not mean "we lost". Like I said, I get what you are saying, and agree, that is just not what was said. Not a big deal, just sounded bad when I read it, as it was patently false the way it was written.
I'm not taking a team that gave up points to Towson and almost lost to Auburn. LSU's offense is completely one dimensional, and even that one dimension isn't very good.
