Posted this on BOL but figured id some of you guys might have seen more of him. Who does he remind you of? He looks like a back who would thrive in a system like oregons. Hopefully Saban is able to utilize him!
dude is a stud in the open field, definitely think we're gonna see some read-options when we use him. Maybe even some slot WR?
Yea, hope to see him line up all over the field!
He reminds of Steve Slaton. Might be a similar talent but will never get the carries.
If he learns how to pick up a blitz, he should be fine.
He's talented, imo. Im pretty sure Bama will bulk him enough, and he has all the other tools.
He shoild be great on those rb screens, that Bama kills defenses with.
Bama hasn't had this many playmakers on offense since the Bryant days. UA has no weakness. It's really amazing how good they are, especially in such a competitive conference.

He's an idiot.
for going to bama?
if so I agree
Yeah, bigtime. Good luck competing with 7 other backs for PT.

They have certainly reached a peak on both offense and defense, but imho they are clearly still beatable and UF, LSU and FSU aren't far behind in the talent department at all
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
FSU is far behind but I'd agree that other teams are close.
FSU isn't, you just don't know shit yo
Sorry, your O-line kills you in this argument, and you didn't get better. Go look at the front page, Florida was the #1 team that filled all our needs. Also we are recruiting size like Bama. Muschamp knows exactly what it will take, and our roster is the closest.

Winningest Program in College Football since 1990!
Dumbest post of the day for sure but sadly Im not shocked at all coming from you
How did FSU not get better ? they added Denson, Bell, Klepal, Hoefeld and Kerr ( that is arguably the best OL class FSU has had in the Fisher era )
With Denson being the best OL FSU has signed in years, and they return 4 starters for next year
FSU's OL will be better next year, its impossible for it not to be unless a whole bunch of injuries take place
lmao at referring to some article on the front page that is based on a NSD projection, means literally nothing... its just the opinion of some dude and nothing more
Is FSU not recruiting size ? jesus christ this post was stupid
FSU also has a way better QB situation, cause lets face it... Driskel pretty much blows unfathomable anus

How is your QB situation better?
Simple math bro
Driskel sucks until proven otherwise and that is pretty much all you got
FSU has 3 talented kids in Maguire, Winston, and Coker
I'd take FSU's depth chart at QB without hesitation
I mean, have you looked at Driskel's #'s from last season ? they are incredibly pathetic, I like Driskel and still think he just needs some help, but man he sucked last year.... He will have to show me more than jack shit before I start saying UF has a better situation at QB
I know Driskel didn't have the best numbers. But it was his first year in a run heavy offense. Our WR's were absolutely ass last year. We got 5 guys coming in and a couple will make an impact right away. None of your guys have even seen the field. That could be a good or bad thing. Who knows maybe you got something special in one of them. Maybe you don't. But next year I would take my one year starter over your 3. JMO.
Not going to hijack this into a UF/FSU pissing match.
Kamara was one of the greatest RBs I have watched in a high school game in nearly 5yrs. I really wanted FSU to get him, but he chose well with bama. He will need to pick up the blitz (as all young RBs must learn at all levels), but he will be a tremendous back at bama.
Congrats to Bama on the pick up.
What does it tell you, Dutch, that Kamara has known for months that there were three other Top 100 backs committed, and he went there anyway? It should tell you that the kid isn't afraid of competition, or being pushed at the top program in the country. He embraces it, as do the others.
It should freak all of you out that we have the most loaded roster in college football, and 20-plus more sign up knowing the depth chart, and we could sign 40 if they'd let us.
But no matter how any of you feel or agree/disagree, let's all revel in the fact that USC signed 12 players yesterday. Twelve. Hell, Bama had that many committed by Easter last year.
It tells me he's a moron who thinks he's better than he is. But hey, I was 17 once too. USC's fall was pretty funny. So you get a +1 from, me.
Fsu is further than you think nova! Ga is closer than you guys, probably South Carolina and oregon too. Did fsu play florida? who won?
Or he could know just how bad Georgia sucks.
Wait ... are you saying he's good enough to play at Georgia, but not Alabama?

I never thought he would be the starter. But with Malcome transferring we do need some depth at the rb spot. Do I think he's good? Yeah, but he wouldn't have beaten Gurley or Marshall out for a spot. I do think Bama has at least 3 rb's on the roster who are better than he is, so I doubt he see's much pt there. Slot receiver is my guess. BTW, Grand slam, you're an idiot.
