Preferably in the state of Alabama. My buddy sent these pics to me today and says that he has six left to sell. If you're looking for a damn good looking 200 lb dog then Mastiff's are awesome. I just told him I would pass along the info. Anyway here are the pics. One is the dad and the other are his pups.
Saw this today and thought of you..pretty dog
Also don't know if you saw my dog update thread couple days ago but pretty amazing how far she has come
Lower or upper Alabama?
What is he asking?
I live in the atlanta area but im interested. What's he asking? Do they have papers?
How much is he asking?
Dawgs on Top!
If I had my own place I would. Those are good.looking dogs.

"This is a F'n show dog with F'n papers. You can't board it, it gets upset, it's hair falls out. F'n dog has F'n papers."
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
The bitch and sire both have UKC papers going back about 3-4 generations at least. I'm not sure on the price but I'll ask him shortly. I won't lie because they will probably cost a pretty penny. Mastiffs are expensive in general but he might give me a better price than he would other people. Even with a price drop, your probably going to at least pay a grand to get one.
You're only two hours away from me in Atlanta so that is easy.

I had a mastiff for 11 years. Max. I cried like a baby when he died (1999)
That dog was more human and loyal than just about anyone I have ever met.
They are truly excellent pets... the best I have ever had.

My next dog. I've got two labs that have to move on to dog heaven before I get another. I love them, but they're just way too damn hyper (even at 8 and 9 years old).
I haven't seen the pups but I have encountered the father several times. He's a gentle giant for sure. I bring my pits around and they run him ragged for about ten minutes and he finally just lays down. I'm 6'2" and he is taller than I am when he stands up. Trust me that these dog's come from a hell of a bloodline.
Lol we are like the dog thread starters of the board
My brother in law has one. They are great dogs.
Well I'd certainly be interested in the price. They are great looking dogs.
So this dog gets over 6' tall? Holy Chit Man.
They get very big. Their paws are just hilarous when they are pups.
But someone else said "gentle giant"...that nails it. They will scare the shit out of someone who doesn't know, but they are big teddy bears.
Back in '87, my grandmother was very ill and she came to stay with us. Max (my mastiff) guarded over her like a roman soldier. You could just just see how wanted to care for her. It was amazing.
Sorry been busy as hell.
Anyway, the price for me on the pups is $1,200 rather than $2,000 but he's only got four left at this point. He has two brindles and two fawns left. He has three males left, both brindles are males, and the fawns are split.
To the guy that was shocked about them getting over six feet, I just want to make sure that you know that they are only that tall when they stand up on their back legs. I know that should be common sense but I figured I would still put it out there.
Also the papers are AKC and not UKC like I stated earlier. I'm just used to dealing with the UKC with my pits.
bump for my buddy
1st and Nole,
Last time I am going to bump this thread if you are really interested. He only has two left now. Both of them are brindle males.
My friend has one more brindle male left and asked me to post one more time if anyone was interested. I told him that one or two were so I figured I would bump it one more time for his sake.
