We are the kings of the academic world... again

annnnnd where did you get this info from? Most polls I see have Alabama higher in academics
Dude your AUbsessed
In the land of the blind ....
Being the Harvard of Alabama is like being the gold-medal winner at the Special Olympics. Sure, you're the best, but consider the competition.
Hahaha couldn't be the most truthful thing ever written on here
Coming from a school with one of the worst academics in the SEC this is funny.
Both Alabama and Auburn dwarf LSU.
Now all we need is for Mississippi to join in and the trifecta of academic powerhouses will be complete.
First place in the stupid contest. Congrats.
Congrats to aubbies. They are the best window licker.
Academics is all we care for
Exactly. This is as ridiculous as our claim to the 1941 championship. 99% of people say you're not ranked higher, but you go looking for the one poll that says you're the best. Alabama is known by most to be a better academic institution than Auburn, especially in business, nursing, PR, etc.
Before other people ITT start making fun, Alabama ranks only behind Vanderbilt, Florida, A&M, and Georgia in the SEC. The gap between us and Georgia is narrowing.
So I guess we don't have to hear the ginger crying about his academic thread getting deleted anymore?
Not entirely true. You cant put Ole Miss in with MSU and USM. It was voted a forbes top 50 best buy for your money. We have a great law, business, accounting, journalism, medical, and forensic schools.
But what we lack in academics, we make up for in hot girls and partying. Nobody does it like Ole Miss!

You're ranked behind A & M. USMCAG got into A & M. Think about that for a second.

TURDS ALL UP IN THIS MUG. /// "2010 Auburn Tigers, my favorite team. Unbeaten in all ways." -- Dan Wetzel, April 4, 2013, 6:29 p.m.
I'll give you props for a decent joke, but in all seriousness, Florida, A&M, and UGA are considered among the top state universities in the country. To be only behind those and Vandy is not bad in my book.
Our business school is well thought of, our law school is very well thought if, and our PR program was ranked the best in the nation (I got my Masters in advertising and PR so it meant a lot to me). On the flip side, Auburn is very well known for engineering (especially industrial design), architecture, and the vet program. Both are good schools IMO, it just depends on what you want to do. If you go comparing us to, I don't know, Stanford, then yeah, we're fvcked.
Yeah I'm an accounting major and it's a top 20 program nationally. The national reputation for the university as a whole will come, it will just take some time.

I want what he is smoking. None of those schools are in the same zip code of a Michigan, Berkeley, or Virginia.
Commodore of the Swiss navy?
One of those three doesn't belong (it's Michigan)
