I love it when people are confused by "Bama Math." It is confusing to most because they never have to count past 0 when discussing their team. I feel their pain in their whiney posts. LOL
Hey Bammers, y'all didn't have six straight #1 classes, only five out of six! Haha lololol= The life of an Auburn fan in a nutshell.

That was their re-ranking. I'm pretty sure Bama's '08 class made headlines in Russia.
Yes, the actual players that were on the team in August when it matters. Teams that oversign will always have an inflated ranking in February. Those that actually get one of the available spots are the only ones that can help the team.

Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
The fact is not that it isn't 6 straight, which even if it were 6 2010 is missing so it's not straight. The significant part is Y'all tried again and still couldn't count.....
I dream of a day when chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.
Well, it is painfully obvious that ND enrolled a lot more talent than Bama that year.
I missed the mis-count. Where was everyone talking about 6 straight? I would have corrected that myself.
If you want to rerank all of the classes after 4 years, have at it. Fact is on both Scout and Rivals ND had the higher ranked class once Bama trimmed down their class to what it had to be for August. It only matters what you actually get on campus. ND signed Vanderdoes last February. He is going to do nothing to help ND's class. Same with those Bama lost between Feb and August. Many schools are not allowed to sign more players than they have available spots.
Bama Math? I thought this was going to be a discussion on their 15 championships.
BTW, when Lance Armstrong had to forfeit his 7 Tour de France titles, Alabama immediately claimed them and now have 22 championships.
The one where he predicted Auburns wins and losses. He had them winning the west. After the season started he disappeared until a few days ago.
Okay, ND had the best recruiting class in 2008.
According to both Scout and Rivals...
Who gives a sh*t! whether its #1, #2, #3 it keeps getting us National Championships.
Something this pastor only experienced 1 time in his long life. (Which was full of controversy and sinful act made by the program.
vs your ONE you mean ?
how many 1st rounders came from ND's 2008 class?
10 Major Poll National Titles (CFB record)
35 Bowl Wins (CFB record)
72 Wins over last 6 years (CFB record)
So now you want to start a discussion on accuracy of recruit rankings or on development of recruits? Probably should start another thread.
well....how many did ND have?
We will also have to figure in attrition due to transfers, career ending injuries, etc. Looks like you have your work cut out for you. Better get started.
Good for ND, looked good on paper. Got doors blown off on the field or the part that matters. Congrats on a recruiting title
The number one ranked class is often not the National Champs. What a revelation.
Not really. Just counted the drafts and found 1 ND player from the 08 class
all that just to calculate the number of 1st rnd picks from the 08 class ?
What about some Auburn math? OP, can you add up how many points Auburn scored last season vs Georgia and Alabama?
POTY. Bump for eternity.
