Well there goes that chance of them beating ND
oops heres the link
Quarterback Matt Barkley will miss Southern California's regular-season finale against No. 1 Notre Dame on Saturday with a sprained shoulder.

We weren't winning that game with Barkley.
Unfortunate way to end his last game in Los Angeles.
I don't know about that. There have been times that he looked as good as ESPN was saying he was before the season. O well watch USC win this game with their running game and play some smash mouth football
That's how they beat ND last year. It was supposed to be skill, USC, verse power, ND. And USC just smashed our oline and dline in the mouth.
Gringo Mafia Strength Coach
Barkley has been bad this yr. USC may be better with Barkley on the bench
What is happiness? The feeling that power is growing, that resistance is overcome.--Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
We are going to win this game either way.
Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken
It doesn't matter. USC has enough talent to beat ND without Barkley. SC's problem is not their players its their coaching. Kiffen is horrible & should be fired. ND better go out to LA focused & ready for a war.
Barkley is gonna be the next terrible and over-hyped pretty boy from USCw in the NFL
Never liked Barkley much, solid but not great
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Yeah but we were a different squad then. We had heart and soul.
We punched you guys in the mouth because we were pissed off and tired of being disrespected. This team folds easily.
If Pitt can take ND to 3 OTs, USC certainly can make this a contest and even win it. I want ND in the title game so they need to be focused and play a great game or they can lose this game easily.
I hope the coaches give Wittek a chance to play well for his sake.
The coaches pulling a Mustain in this game and going all conservative will not help him going into next season.
Looks like another perfect day.
The one and only consolation in losing to Notre Dame is...the puke green have zero chance of going to the NC game. Go Stanford!!!
"Here are provided seats of meditative joy, where shall rise again the destined reign of Troy." Virgil
ND = Altar Boy
Bama = Priest
Oh the irony
Wow - take a break from the Xbox
There is no consolation to losing to Notre Dame.
I just want to beat Notre Dame, we could then go on to lose to Fresno St or San Jose st in some bullshit bowl, I don't care, I just want to beat Notre Dame on Saturday.
How? Need some of that incredible mjruff insight.
We are going to score more points than they do.
And Lee is going to have a monster game.
how? by not having a QB just giving the game away (hopefully)
You do know I'm talking about the zeros, don't you? The vaginas, floats, Nike U?
I do find the USC perspective that the back up is as good if not better than Barkley fascinating.

He's not. Wishful thinking, even with Matt throwing all those picks.
We know. In all seriousness getting Wittek some serious game experience should pay off next year. Unless he goes all Garrett Gilbert formally of UT fame..
So, Gruden to USC?
