No way a one loss Georgia team should have gotten in over defending national champions Miami and undefeated Ohio State. That was one of the best national championship games of all time. Probably would've sucked had Georgia gotten in.
By sucked, you mean a blowout game? Also while we are on the subject congrats to the PAC12 for being able to keep a title game respectable.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Georgia would have prison raped Miami and OSU that year. Read several articles that OSU would have been +13 against UGA and Miami +6. Yeah...
Georgia would've been curb stomped by either team. That 2002 NC game had the most future NFL draft picks in it (many first rounders) of the BCS era. Georgia didn't belong, and the voters who actually knew something about football, gave us the best possible matchup between the two best teams: Ohio State and Miami.

+1. 0 for 10.....but I am sure they would have curb stomped if we had given them the 11th.....
Don't let facts get in your way.

There is really nothing dumber than claiming wins over a conference when the team you beat wasn't in that conference when you beat them. I see it all the time on here and it is weak. You lose all credibility in future arguments.

Haha... so you are saying that CFB voters are more knowledgeable than Las Vegas bookies about football? Oh really?
