Looks like the Noles are on our way, looking forward to it ladies and gents. I never in my life would have dreamed we'd be in the Big XII. Glad the BigXII stuck through the tough times now it is going to be as good as any conference in the country
It's gonna be an interesting summer, that's for sure.
What's changed that you think it is really happening now? I thought the big sticking point was that FSU has no way to pay the exit fee to the ACC, which is something crazy like $15-20 million.
Its just like buying anything in business. Spend 20 million to make 100 million + more
The big 12 will prob give or loan a portion but even if not any bank in the country would loan our with a low interest rate..the return is guaranteed
The Big XII is a fun conference to be a part of. I miss it every day.
In memory of Tusks.
If true welcome aboard. We are just a couple of teams away from being back in line with the SEC, at least as far as level of competition and need to put a string of NC's together.lol
I don't see how FSU or Clemson makes any sense in going to the Big XII
We might be right behind you

Like 7.342 times out of 10.000, the answer to the question is: money.
Ca$h. Rule$. Everything. Around. Me. CREAM. Get the money. Dolla dolla bills, y'all.
It might be money but all of these conferences just throw out the geography part I guess. It is what it is.
Hope you are right Irish. Who do you think your fanbase would want to bring with you?
3. Notre Dame
4. Georgia Tech? Pitt? Miami?
Big Xii view on geography went out the window after the recent exodus. I now look at West Virginia as a toe hold to make moves like this.
Notre Dame, Texas, Oklahoma, Miami, Florida State, Clemson...SEC might have company
Company in what?
Notre Dame has had multiple chances to join conferences and will not do it.

Better not be Miami. Give me...
VT or GT.
Believe it or not, the Irish talk is heating uo quite a bit.
I wouldn't believe the Notre Dame crap until it actually happens. They seem to do this a lot. Clemson joining the Big XII. That is funny. West Virginia can lay it on the every year then!
Gamecocks are one of the bottom feeder's in the SEC I really don't know why you're making fun of anyone.
And ND joining a conf. is not out of the realm of possibility.
Does anyone know how the divisions would break down, or want to guess what teams would be in what divisions?
Yes but Miami = $$$$$$$$$$$$$
If you would learn to read you would see I'm not making fun of anyone. We USED to be a bottom feeder...not anymore. Wake up son before you take another hiatus.
Used to be? As opposed to.....
Watch more college football and you will know. I'm not gonna bicker with you back and forth like you did in the LNC.
Not anymore. And their program is about to get slammed because of idiot players and Shapiro. Miami hasnt been relevent since 2002, and the only game they draw ratings to is FSU vs. Miami. Shalala doesnt out money into their football. VT in the DC Metro and state of Virginia would be a better addition. Not to mention VT doesnt suck like Miami.
Boy i hope lamp doesnt read this
Whatever all I know is South Carolina is not one of the elite in the SEC. No hate though man.
I guess I was thinking in just terms of the ND Miami rivalry. Va Tech would be a much better addition. Not to mention a hndful of other schools. Ya that whole program is a joke. Ohio State is headed that way to it seems.
