Nice try on the deflection.
Care to actually respond to my post? Or did you change the subject because you have nothing to say?

How is it obvious they chickened out?
Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
Remember though.... he doesn't care.
Basically creating your program by teaching you guys how to play and causing you to have to barnstorm to get opponents should count for something, IYAM.
If MSU is little brother, you are some sort of redheaded Irish stepchild.
That agrees exactly with what I said, not what you claimed.
You could have easily canceled the series with Purdue or MSU, instead of you know, the team you're actually rivals with.
This guy is eerily similar to cope.
What was the question? You mean how he just stands there tries to look hard and claps periodically? Yeah...he's so involved in the game he doesn't even bother wearing a headset.
It's exactly what I claimed... The players eligibility was challenged, and they insisted on using the 2 players.
The article is quoted as saying "Notre Dame insisted on playing two players who are ineligible,"
You get it?
Like I said, you're making that assumption based off of what little you see of him on TV.
really? Link me the contracts for each series and tell us all how they could have "easily cancelled the series with Purdue or MSU".
He's 1-1 against you guys in his first two years. Oh, and unlike your HC, he hasn't killed any of the support staff through incompetence and gross negligence. Talk about someone in way over his head.
What don't I care about? I'm very upset from a football standpoint, only thing I've tried to do since page 1 is state why UM was cut and not MSU or Purdue. I'd certainly rather be playing a huge national rival but like I said, the University of Notre Dame rarely makes decisions with their football fans in mind.
Talking about IrishMarley my man... not you.
This was your claim Well one time was caused by ND playing ineligible players and refusing to bench them...
...but in reality A year later, Yost canceled a game between the two schools shortly before it was to be played, claiming that Notre Dame had ineligible players on its roster.
Fact is Mich got beat the year before and then suddenly 2 days before the rematch they backed out. Chickens.

Your backs are against the wall obviously. I knew it was only a matter of time before one of you stooped to that level.
The same way the canceled the series with us?
We agreed to a contract through 2031, until you guys canceled.
Like I said, you could have just done the same with Purdue or Sparty.

Did either the MSU or Purdue contracts have an outclause with a 2 year notice?
They had ineligible players on the roster.. and insisted on using them eventhough they were ineligible.
Therefore the game was cancelled.
Not that hard to comprehend.
....And you're wrong.
There's someone wearing a headset who stands next to him the entire game. I think it's an assistant. I know that sounds a bit ambiguous and unpersuasive, but he literally has someone whose job is to shadow him with a headset and he gets whatever message he wants across at all times. Hoke is not going to call every offensive play. How many head coaches do? But when Hoke wants something specific, he picks up the headset and states his point. When a coach needs Hoke, he's an arms-reach away from the headset. If it's something small, his shadower relays the message. Then for the majority of the time Hoke is not needed on the headset, he is not being distracted and focuses on the on-field activities.
I know they show Hoke from time to time on national television and he's just standing on the sideline, but that's entirely misleading. I've noticed they usually show him when something is being discussed by the refs, while every one else is also waiting to figure out what's going on.
An assistant wears the headset for him?? Boy I'll tell ya the taste of a big time program and all of a sudden he thinks he's Vince Lombardi?? What a pre-madonna joke.
Stay humble and wear the damn head set Hoke!!
Two days before the game was to be played MICH ACCUSED them of having ineligible players on their roster and refused to play them for 40 years. Ironically it was one year after they lost to ND for the fist time. Chickens.
No. If I was stooping, I would have brought up the Lizzy Seeburg scandal. That's far worse because it wasn't incompetence it was intentional. But I'm sure you're all very proud.
