can't believe Bush sucked that bad. I would hate to be remembered for being Obama bad.
Do you just make stuff up?
Particularly because Iraq and Afghanistan have since become secure, thriving democracies.
...under another president.
No it's not. You said bush rating has improved, "not the other way around."
Show me where it says Obamas rating hasn't fallen?
And surely you're not foolish enough to think that time is the only reason bushs rating has approved.
Now your posts from yesterday make more sense to me. You're retarded. Sorry for not catching that before.

A day later and you're still upset that I corrected you?
It's a failing of mine, but generally I presume "not retarded" until the evidence is just too overwhelming to ignore.
Don't take it the wrong way Corky. I still like you.
Lol sorry man, tough to tell what side everyone is on sometimes and there are plenty of people on this board who would definitely say that in all seriousness.

Approval rating aside, I think we can all agree that as soon as we get national security and the deficit back to the levels that Bush had them we will all be better. Gas prices too.
I think the target date for that is the 11th of Never

Good god, what a fail by the OP.
I know right... Don't compare our beloved W to that idiot.
Golden is better then Jimbo... I feared it was true. He is going to hoist a crystal ball there - fsufsu
To put this in perspective, Lincoln was not considered a great president during his time.
Who wouldnt approve of bush being retired and taking up fingerpainting portraits of dogs.
Brick by Brick
"There's going to be a lot of people who didn't stand with us who are going to be remembered for not standing with us,"
As opposed to Obama drawing unemployment when his term is over? You know it will happen.
Please. If Bush is pulling down $200K/speech, Obama will get a quarter mil each, easy.
Those Arab nations do have a lot of money.. I think you're on to something here.
I'd probably spend up to 50k on one..
And FDR deserves no credit for winning WWII then.
BLF is right, most presidents become more popular with time, because in hindsight things are seen in a less political light. Fact is most aren't as bad as they are portrayed when in office.
Hoover, Nixon and Carter may be the only Presidents of the 20th century that go down badly for all time, for instance. The rest will be viewed fairly positive, some more so than others.
Bush II will probably go down as pretty average they way things currently stand and we are about 10 years from knowing how Obama will likely be viewed.
