The absolute worst bowl trip I ever took was in New Orleans. It is much safer on the field than on the streets.Big 12 fans bring your on security. You will need it!
I had a blast in Nola last year. Can't imagine many better venues
i've been to nationals championships and regular sugar bowls there, even the lowly "new orleans" bowls as well.
it is a blast and NOLA is no where near as unsafe as people portray it. You just cant be a dumbass. And my first cousin was robbed at gunpoint there but he was being a dumbass and doing something stupid.
NOLA is probably my favorite american city and i go there 3-4 times a year and never have issues
$50 bet with Rebels10 - Best of 3 Egg Bowls
**the $50 goes to others schools athletics dept**
Relax, most big 12 fans are harmless
you've got to be the most worthless type of suck ass to not enjoy new orleans. mardi gras, football games, lacrosse tournaments, fraternity formals - can't think of a bad time i've ever had there. absolutely love that town and am thrilled jerryworld didn't get that game.
ok, op is a sooner. makes more sense now.
NOLA is the best site for any big game, event, or anything period.
Must be scared of black people.
i was there for the LSU-Oklahoma championship.
was the most fun i've ever had at any event ever, bar none
OP must be a real nerd.
I was in NOLA last year for the national championship. It was the craziest atmosphere I've ever seen for a game, no other comes close. Granted, LSU playing Bama made it even more insane but still.
A million fantastic bars, great restaurants, liveliest city around, gambling, you can walk anywhere including to the dome from Bourbon Street, and it's a place where anything goes. Best venue for a game in the USA, bar none.
