I'm looking to try a few holiday seasonal brews. I live in Missouri so I can order online and have it shipped to me (can't in Arkansas). What are some that I should try? Shiner Cheer is one of my favorites.

My favorite is Great Lakes Xmas Ale.
I'm not sure if they ship to individuals.
Great Lakes Brewing Company is an environmentally and socially conscious brewer of award-winning, all natural beer.
Came in here to add this, saw you were the last reply and knew I was too late. I'll take this chance to second this, and third, and fourth, and a thousand times more.

How firm thy friendship ... OHIO!
This was taken Friday night in Columbus. We don't have it here in Indy.
Cinnamon rim. Nice.
I found a website that will ship it.
Do work, son.
I have a friend sending me some down. Pretty excited to try it out.
Let me know what you think. Too bad you can't try it on tap.
Agree, still good but not the same. I picked up a case on the way back home Sunday and killed six during the game last night. Well worth the $42 though.
What's the website? Never heard of the beer until now, but now I have to have some with everyone talking about it here.

If great lakes is hard to find... I would highly reccomend 12 dogs of Xmas. It's brewed by thirsty dog and has almost the exact same recipe.
Sierra Nevada is all over the place. I like their Celebration Ale and their Bigfoot Ale. Always up for a good barley wine.
Sierra Nevada is good.
Great Lakes isn't available here in Springfield, MO... but damn near everything else is. Boo.
Ye Olde Barleywine (DFH) and Third Coast Olde Ale (bells) are way way better than Bigfoot.
One of my new favs is the Festive Ale from Sweetwater. Really good stuff, and I'm critical has hell.
I love this stuff!

Recently had Anderson Valley Winter Solstice. Good stuff.
While I agree neither one is as available as Sierra.
Great Lakes Christmas Ale, I'm about to have one now.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.

Trufe, son. That stuff is GUD
Weird. I NEVER see Bigfoot anymore. Usually gotta get "blithering idiot" barley wine.
