have you ever heard/seen Tony call anyone a "future first rounder" or say some idiot nonsense like (clem) "four first round d linemen"? i guess ard got one out of four (gaines) which is better than dabo's one out of five......the thumbs coming (not the one dabo's mom shoved in his a$$ while they were sleeping together)...enjoy your mascot now as im sure he will be selling timeshares again pretty soon....
there was a thread a couple days ago about how many random legacy players clem has signed recently...richt's son,wes wall's son,jim kelly's swag nephew?,rex ryan's son etc....is this some new strategy to go with walk ons that can be used for attention getting? how pissed was dabo about the idiot walkon from texas getting so much camera time while his manufactured, feel good story went nowhere? GFYDB
Eh, he's not gonna like that one based on pre-season praise of Jerrell. Problem was he had the best non OL blocker who played himself into a draft pick and a dangerous receiving threat ahead of him.
Most of the issue was Tony saying Clemson puts out propaganda.
im confused....i was recounting how ard predicted not just next level but "first round" for several past clem players----im very confident that TM never has done that. if he was high on Jerrell, he was right...every time the guy got in the game, the play was designed to go to him (agree, he was plying behind very good TE's)
i saw the propoganda thing. i thought it was a "what's the one word that comes to mind when you think of clem?"...to which he responded "propoganda"....idk if that was refering to writers like ard or dabo but if the shoe fits......
TM said coaches said Jerrell looked like a NFL TE prior to the season, plus the propaganda thing.
Those and saying Clowney made dean's list in response to ineligible rumors when he just missed it were what set off the Clem247 board.
oh...gnashing of tooth over what someone was reported to "look like" that thumbing a ride to columbia game has em skeeered
im gonna go out on a limb and say Clowney beats Spiller's wonderlic score
