Cornwell at number 6 is a troll.
OH and LOL at D'HAQUILLE WILLIAMS BEING BEHIND HIM...

I like Clint but I disagree with him greatly there. Our staff took Speight over him, that should tell you something.
No one can claim he's biased. He's nowhere close to the south.
I applaud Clint for sticking with his evaluation though. He made no secret of his thoughts of Cornwell being the top QB this cycle since ~January and he rated him as such, especially at a time when everyone is bashing him.
You know who else stuck to their guns? Hitler
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
One camp should make or break a players ranking. Let see what kind of numbers Cornwell puts up this year. There is know doubt in his arm strength and size. Not to mention he is very mobile for his size. He has all the tools to be extremely good. So lets take a wait and see attitude.
Not really. I've seen other experts list him in their top 30. Most message boarders, outside of Alabama fans, feel like he should be in the 150+ range.
Still, have you watched Dayquill's film?
No way he is behind Cornwell.
about the prospect or the staff ?
Just because he's not bias doesn't mean he's not an idiot.
Dive for the thrill, shoot for the kill.
Very Very wrong.....
In 2 yrs i can see Cornwell transferring to Old Dominion
"If this was a prize fight they'd call it off"- F ND!
Still doesn't mean he's not a blow hard.
Kid is talented but he's not that good.
That would be a good thread.
Looks like Avon Barksdale.
Jos Mit watched Dayquilles film. Jos Mit was impressed by ball skills but Jos Mit thinks Dayquille needs to work on Dayquilles route running.
If only you knew who his dad is, then you wouldn't say that. Guy comes from a football family.
Clint actually played college ball, and was a QB, so his evaluation of QB's is probably more accurate than some of the other analysts
Cornwell has natural talent to burn, he's just not polished yet. Maybe the guy just gives a little more weight to potential, I dunno.
I wouldn't say Cornwell is a top 10 player, but I do think he's the best QB in the class. JMO
And played at a current PAC 12 school. So he knows his stuff.
He may not be right this minute, but I wonder how many more would have him up there if the question were "Who will be the best 10 football players in 4 years from this class?".
I was a linebacker and never coached, so it's not like I can watch film and make an argument. But I've heard some experts saying he 'can be' the best QB, but he's not yet. I think Dilfer said something to that effect when he was at the E11 thing.
