He's a nice looking player. What can you Midwest/Oklahoma people tell me about him?
The LSU staff got big news on Monday when Oklahoma City defensive end Deondre Clark dialed up Les Miles.
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
Congrats. He's a stud. Tough to let a guy of that caliber out of OK. Again congrats.
Thx. He looks like a very good player. Love our class, how'd we get him from Stoops? Did he always want to leave or what?
What kind of competition does Clark play in? Is it a good division?

Heard he's always wanted to play in the premiere conference. The SEC really is hurting some Big 12 programs recruiting wise these days.
For the last two yrs he's been non stop SEC when talking about recruiting. I think Jerry Montgomery will be a great coup for OU but he just didn't have the time to build a relationship w him.
He is playing 4A high school ball at Douglass.
Willis to A&M?
Go Blue & Gig Em'!
Jerry Montgomery is going to pay off big time for you. He's a beast on the recruiting trail, just give him time to develop relationships. His replacement, Roy Manning, has picked up right where Jerry left off, but I was worried for a while there because Montgomery is really just a top-flight recruiter.
Why the hell would you want to play at A&M over LSU if you were a DL?
A&M puts out one good player on the defensive line every blue moon .... LSU cranks out 2-3 or more every year ...
C'MON MAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNN .........
Because Louisiana sucks except for the food?
So what's the deal with Godchaux? Saw he got his offer but didn't commit like everyone assumed he would. Is he a take for y'all?
We love JM and believe he's infused a great deal of energy into our program.
Glad Mich recruiting is doing well. The Big 10, and cfb landscape is always better when the blue bloods are doing well.
Sounds like the staff is shooting for Clark (who has been an LSU lock since April), Willis, Godchaux, and McDowell or another DT. Numbers for LSU since it is a pretty common theme on other boards (LSU guys correct me if I missed something):
QB - 1
RB - 2-3
WR - 4-5 (depending on how you classify Upchurch)
TE - 1-2 (depending on how you classify Upchurch)
OL - 3
DL - 4
LB - 3
DB - 4-5
ATH - 2 (Voorhies and Chark)
"You can learn more character on the two-yard line than anywhere else in life." - Former LSU Coach and AD Paul Dietzel
I'm sure every kid growing up in Louisiana dreams of getting out of there and spending 4 years in College Station.
I do enjoy the faux elitism your fanbase puts on all the time. Always good for a laugh.
Meh, I'm sure we'd all agree that Texas is a better place to live than Swamp People territory.
Texas has a lot of nice places to live/visit. College Station isn't one of them. Sorry.
LSU's class is going to be epic I'm afraid. Very good class guys
"Because Bama now sucks just like FSU used to suck when we were getting dominated by OU. Does it make sense now?"- Sliger (FSU Fan)
It's not in Louisiana, so that's already a plus.
Lol. College Station sucks.
Which one are you? Duck Dynasty, Swamp People or Cajun Pawnstars?
Funny, I thought you said you lived in Michigan
Good ole Texas, ain't it purty
I was born in Michigan but I'm an A&M student, so it would be tough for me to still live in Michigan.
So you have been living in Texas for 2-4 years. Argument is over, all your credibility is out the window. Goodbye now
