Agree with this statement. They were barely able to pull out the win against OU.
Iron sharpens iron. Butter sharpens nothing
Ok, special one:
Congrats on 6 more three stars?
Here dummy. I'll post this again since you coward away earlier and can't come up with a decent reply.
Yet your football team still hasn't accomplished shit. No NC's, no conference titles in forever and still finishing middle of the pack (at best) in whatever conference you are in.
You love to slam Texas and the Big12 conference, but you could never win it.
Last time I checked, #1 > #2 in recruiting.
Now, take a minute away from the board and come out from behind the counter and make me a Big Gulp. Coke please.
LOL at this...Once UT fixes their coaching situation it's pretty clear that they will continue to be the top program in the state..that being said, the Big 12 sorta sucks..props to Texas A&M for doing the one thing that actually makes them competitive (join the SEC)
LULZ at bragging being #1 in recruiting with 9 months left before signing day. Now go put your pj's on, so mom can tuck you in....it's getting late big guy.
Started at the bottom, now we here.....better get used to it.
Poor baby ....
You're the one that brought it up, Einstein!
A&M sure has gotten cocky for a program that hasnt even went yet alone win a NC game in forever.........
Does winning one in the last 42 years really put Texas on a much different level?
Make sure you keep Clemson, Auburn, and BYU company with that pace.

Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS
I'm far from a Texas fan, but IMO aTm is a short term problem as long as Texas can find a good HC (which with their current AD that likelihood is low, but you never know).
Texas is the top dog in that state as long as they have a coach who's capable. aTm had a nice season, and they've got a hell of a lot of momentum right now, but if we're talking long term it's going to take a few more years like this one to really take over for Texas.
you sound like we did with Sherman when we had a lot of 3stars early on and had a higher ranking due to quantity
You have to beat OU first widdle guy.
No I wasn't the one bringing up recruiting rankings 9 months from signing day and posting a pic of it, Einstein!
The door was left open and A&M has thus far taken maximum advantage. Whether they sustain it is to be seen.
Yes, the Longhorns can get a momentary bump out of a new HC, but IF A&M can sustain the short term momentum with year in and year out success in the SEC, I don't see Texas being able to counter that with a Big12 lineup. Right now, kids want to play in the SEC. And at this point, it really is A&M's to lose.
Good post. The recruiting edge that aggie has over tea sip is big from a standpoint of schedule, exposure, and prestige.
Texas plays on fox. Nuff said. They play in empty 50,000 seat venues. Meaningless games from a national standpoint.
Aggie can tell a recruit, play at large venues and in games that mean a lot nationally.
such a lonely looking football conference
So many things wrong with this post.
Sorry, it was one of your aggy/sec buddies. You all look alike to me.
Starting with "good" and ending with "nationally".
