Not sure who said it, but someone said if Nick Saban took a shit, Jimbo would not only hire it, but give it a promotion. Jimbo is nothing like Saban and Jimbo is probably not a top 10-15 coach. Muschamp beat him like he was tied to a Damn tree. He is not elite.
As for the NC ST loss, the name of the loss was far more embarrassing than the actual game itself
and that is cause the internets don't care about the game, they only see who beat FSU and swear its the funniest thing that ever happened
and my favorite part is how those same idiots will cry all offseason long about how FSU is over-rated again, but then they lose to NC ST by 1 point on the road and all of sudden they blew a certain chance at winning it all
For me Im glad that was one of the few losses, beats it being Miami, VT or the ACC title game... hell NIU too for that matter
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
I leave for a couple of hours and a simple ass thread like this goes to four pages. I haven't even read past the first page but how many people did you piss off this time NoVa?
I don't really care what your opinion is of Jimbo as he has yet to win anything of importance at this point. Maybe he turns out to be great or maybe his teams will fail to meet expectations year in and year out...who knows?
All that said, Saban would step on to FSUs campus tomorrow and have you guys playing in the title game every other year(at least) starting in 2013 season. He would take your roster and completely anal rape the rest of the ACC. The last 2 years, Bama is 25-2. 23 of the 25 wins are by 16 points or more. 17 of the wins are by 28 points or more. This while playing in the SEC.
Saban at FSU for the next 8 years would result in no less than 3 National Titles and you would have the first within 2-3 years...maybe even this coming year. Lulz at the idea that it would take 6 or 7 years.
Yeah I know right, I mean Jimbo beating him like he was tied to a tree the year before doesn't count
Only what happens in 2012 counts, guess Saban only has 1 ring... man that sucks for you guys
Especially considering Jimbo has made over 20 hires since being at FSU, and only 1 dude came from Bama's staff with an attempt at 2
Jimbo is very similar to Saban, you are just too stupid to notice it.... Jimbo runs his program almost the exact same way, but again... why would you know that ?
Did Kelly come from Bama ? nope
Did Napier ? oh right, he coached there one year, clearly we stole him from Saban
Jimbo might not be a top 15 coach, but last time he faced Saban with Bowden, they whipped Saban's ass all the way back to however you spell that hick ass town you tree poisoning slack jawed idiots hail from
And so do I cool guy. Sadly you can't see that one is capable of trolling the hell out of people as fun (as I have done many times as well) without calling someone stupid or retarded on top of it. There's a difference, but it takes someone over the age of 15 to figure it out. It's not the trolling and having fun, it's your name calling that makes you "sound like" a little kid. I guess that's what you're going for though.

"Nobody makes me bleed my own blood, nobody!"
Lulz at the idea that you are still falling for that 6 or 7 years comment, try reading the whole thread next time
How did FSU not meet expectations this year, when every FSU fan wanted or expected what FSU did this season
Oh right, a Bama fans expectations are more realistic than FSU fans who actually know the team, got it
I mean who cares that FSU was a preseason #8 or #10 and finished in the nearly the same spot with a ACC title... a title they were predicted to win
Sounds like they nailed the expectations this season, solid effort though you dumb bastard
lolz at you being a troll, never heard of you and I read this board daily
Truth is I had an hour to kill waiting on someone and Nova unknowingly helped the time pass. I was just fkn with him about trolling philosophies. I knew he could take it and not kill himself like some .
I don't visit the slums much. I should stop by more often. By the way stop lying, you posted first in the last two bb threads I started. God you are so scared of your e-cred image.

Scared of it ? son its already entrenched in the Hall of Fame and not going anywheres
I post in a lot of threads, doesn't mean I recognize the OP
No duh you don't visit the slums much, yo ass be on main street drinking wine and eating cheese with all the other dainty housewives
Wine and cheese is the shit foo!!!!
Michigan never lost to a D2 school. Whutter you talking about, "mane."
Keep embracing that e-status while I'm upstairs with the housewives. Our play time always starts with wine and cheese.
Not a D2 school.
What are they I-AA or I guess FCS?
They certainly weren't division 1 or FBS when they played Michigan.
The same amount of time it will take Urban Meyer.
FCS = old I-AA. Division II is Grand Valley State, Valdosta State, Carson-Newman, etc.
The fact we are debating whether or not Michigan lost to a D2 school or D-1AA (1-AA for the record) pains me greatly.
That game still gives me nightmares. For as great at Lloyd Carr was, near the end he left a lot to be desired. He also left a lot to be desired when he retired as his meddling really messed with Michigan for a couple years.
Well, D-II isn't the same thing. App State won the natty title that year. Not nearly as bad as VA Tech losing to James Madison.

Just because you want Saban to retire does not mean he is close to it. Saban is 61 but looks like he is 50. Saban has at least 7-10 years left of dominating college football. Jimbo as good as Saban? Wow you are dumb. I bet you can not find one poster that would agree with you.
The I-AA and Division II schools have always confused me one way or the other. You are correct about App State that year though. That team wasn't bad at all. Now they shouldn't have beaten Michigan in their house or anything, but I've seen worse losses for sure.
It was a bad loss. We won the ACC that year though. Actually beat ole Jimbro in the champ game too. Means Frank > Jimbro right?
Still, on paper that was dreadful.
Michigan had Jake Long, Chad Henne, Mike Hart, Mario Manningham, and Adrian Arrington. For that reason alone we should have won, and BIG.
