Denard should have never even been considered a Heisman hopeful. But that isn't the point of this thread.

"Isn't it amazing what somebody will do when he can't bunt." - Vin Scully
No - the point of the thread is to express hate and jealousy at a kid that nobody on this board knows personally. That and the unfounded hate for ND.
I laugh because guys who have played at Te'o's level and have an established understanding of the sport have already awarded the kid 4 elite awards - but on this board you got guys who sit up all night playing Black Ops and Halo sitting in their bedroom at mom or dad's house (most on here from a broken home clearly) pass judgement that is clearly biased and ignorant.
But who cares - if Te'o being named a finalist for the Heisman gets you all worked up and pissed - take a vacation, life is too short.
Gotta love the rational of the haters. Te'o won the Nagurski, Butkus, and Lombardi Awards simply because he is from ND. Had nothing to do with how good of a player he is. I guess he is considered the 1st or 2nd linebacker in the draft because he plays for ND as well.
USMC, you really shouldn't be calling anyone out over getting "all worked up and pissed" after your classless display yesterday. Since you feel the need to try and call me out I guess you have something you can link showing where I have said anything bad about Manziel? We both know it is just another case of you making crap up again.

Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
I don't think anyone hates Te'o. He just shouldn't be a Heisman winner. I'm sure he is a good dude, but he isn't the most dominate player in college football.
Not even the best linebacker in the league.
7 Forced Fumbles
19 QB Hurries

Getting worked up over it? Only one that I have seen has resorted to personal attacks/name calling on the subject and that is you. Once again just you making crap up again. Feel free to cut and paste where I have gotten "worked up over it".
I think Te'o is a great person and a great linebacker. But if he wins the Heisman it is a joke. Manziel's numbers have been awesome AND he took down the great Alabama. That's the definition of a Heisman moment. Notre Dame has caught some lucky breaks to be undefeated at this point. I think with their level of schedule they have earned the right to be in the national championship. They just needed a good amount of luck to get there without any losses.
Te'o has had a good season. But, there is no question, Johnny Football should win this, hands down!

$50 bet with Rebels10 - Best of 3 Egg Bowls
**the $50 goes to others schools athletics dept**
That's all you typically have - nothing
Hey - Te'o just won the Walter Camp award!!!
What is the Walter Camp award you say....
The Walter Camp Player of the Year Award is given annually to the collegiate football Player of the Year, as decided by a group of NCAA FBS head coaches and sports information directors.
Again yet another reason you are dumb
This is fun lets keep it going - I am sure Te'o will give you 1-2 more reasons tonight at the ESPN award show to prove your stupidity.

They fell for his sad story. Sucks but it's true.
This is an even sadder story, how come it's not getting any publicity?
First defensive player since 1980.
manziel and suh you game plan against
teo not so much
I will. Manziel was arrested this past summer. Nice role model. Heisman stands for excellence on and off the field. People will always recognize a Heisman winner with reverance. Two of the three invited guests possess this and it is not the one that likely will walk away with the award. Te'o is the best combination of Highly skilled player/leader that is out there today. You ask a kid who he wants to be and he may say Manziel. You ask any father who he wants his son to emulate it is Te'o.
Full blown homer.
Yea it sucks we don't have police like in notre dame where they are so quick to ignore crime
Manziel may win the award but will be be remembered by TAMU alumni beyond strictly stats. Time will tell.
Like you were not touting Denard last year?
Yea 30 years from now the first thing that will come to my mind is that fake id charge he got
Who's Eric Legrand?
Tyrann Mathieu affected games more last year than Te'o has this year.
he's got the story ESPN wants to re-tell.
should he win? no
That's because you are an anonymous ass clown posting on the Internet. If you were on the opposite side of the line with pads on, I am sure you would be worried.
