All those are great great examples. But, in terms of value, I'd put a couple of positions before them, easily.
But, outside of Reggie's returns, they still need solid OL play to make an impact on the gm.
Bowers, Clowney, or Orakpo have the opportunity to just dominate the man in front of them, at will. More importantly, they can lay hits on the most important player on the field, as well.

I disagree, in college running backs value is just as important as any other position, and depending on the offense there in, running backs can be the most important position on the team.
Can you name a pass rusher or left tackle that took their team to a new level?
Here two example at running back
Rashard Mendenhall- took Illinois to new level, went to rose bowl
Reggie bush and lendale white- brought USC back, won couple of nattys
