I just ate at a place in Spartanburg, SC called Pig Outs. It is in an old gas station and you park where you pull up. By far the best Ribs I have ever had. They were a dry rub ribs and very moist. They only serve them on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for lunch.
Just wondering if anyone else has a hole in the wall bc those are the best places.

My son's message to Obama, Clemson, and Georgia
Famous place in Memphis was really good. Can't remember the name. Honestly I rarely get ribs out. I can make some mean ones though.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Beef ribs from Salt Lick in Texas were great. As a Cincinnatian I'm supposed to say Montgomery Inn, but i prefer walts.
Sarah sorry about the Herpes.
Montgomery Inn best ribs in the north!
I'm from Memphis, and I'm not a fan of that place. Too mainstream. Too touristy.
Whole Hog in Fayetteville, Ark and Central BBQ in Memphis have the best ribs. Both have won numerous awards at Memphis in May BBQ Contest.

Tie for me between Oklahoma Joe's in Kansas City or Pappy's Smokehouse in St. Louis.
Yea, that's the one. Like I said, I don't eat ribs out much. More of a Pulled pork guy. TBB needs a BBQ thread.
Pork ribs, btw
Beef is not BBQ
I want one rib.

I worked for a Japanese company and long story short, our main customer is p&g there in Cincy. I've got the Japanese hooked on Montgomery Inn, :)

Pork ribs, slaw, beans, and a hot link. "Mouthgasm"
Just was at Oklahoma Joe's last month.... so good. Definitely the best ribs I've had.
My house! Unless I'm getting world class southern bbq, I don't eat bbq outside my house.
McRib, end of discussion
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
McGuires in Destin, FL. Not a rib place but definitely the best ribs I've ever eaten. The steaks are amazing too.
