Agreed. I hate how divisive politics is.
im convinced the Dems and Repubs are in cahoots. the Repubs have absolutely thrown the last 2 elections. picking sarah palin was too much for people to handle and prefered a minority to her. romney picks a nobody from a small state to run with and pisses everyone off
meanwhile the Repubs shouldnt have gotten Bush in a second time. its fishy
FSU Ambassador to the masses
Come on California. Surprise the world.
I dont think it was pressure...it was the right thing to do. What became the issue was the attempts at nation building there and even worse, in Iraq, which had no direct ties to anything regarding 9-11......that was where Bush went wrong and it is costing us today and will continue to cost us into the next couple decades. Worst decision by a President since........well maybe ever.
Wooo taking from the making!
I think even Rove saw it coming.
And I would have gotten away with if it weren that showed the GOP would keep ...
I don't think Obama is going to even need FL. Mitt is done without it though obviously.

I mean, it's no surprise that I support Obama. But it would never cross my mind to speak about a Romney voter like that. I just don't get it. I love the democratic process and the fact people have the opportunity to vote at all.
this is why people without jobs and on welfare shouldnt be allowed to vote. i dont care if its everyone's right. we let lazy people pick based on their wanting something for nothing

Slanging rocks is a felicitous occupation in Dade County.
well this thing is over
Should retired people be allowed to vote?
I'm in the real world. My entire family works, does well, and lives a good life. We all voted for Obama. Its not just the "welfare trash" that votes for Obama. That is an incredibly ignorant statement by whoever made it. Didn't check the handle.
yep pretty much
this country somehow managed to reelect the worst president in history to another term.
lol....not gonna happen. Obama might win it here 80-20
It was over when the Republicans didnt figure out that you have to lean towards the middle on social issues
I come from a hard-line conservative family. Portuguese/Italian mix, all practicing Catholics. I tend more towards the middle than my parents, especially in regards to the environment, but I still dislike Obama's positions on social issues, morality (abortion is a deal-breaker) and immigration.

All I'll say is that I've gotten an infinitely larger amount of vulgar abuse on this board for supporting Obama than I've dished out to Romney supporters.
Yep...in 2004. You are FINALLY catching up?
no. they are selfish assholes who only think for themselves as well. they dont give a shit about the younger generations. retired folks are the reason the education system in Florida is so bad. they are all out of staters and dont give a shit about the youg people
It was user phillip740il FYI. Lots of gold to be had from him ITT.
That's pretty much what I imagined. I figured social issues would be very important to you. Thanks for letting me know and not just calling me a "libtard" or some such nonsense.
That's just stupid.
