So where are you on that scale? Since you were the only person in the entire state of Florida that is surprised that Obama is doing well there? What does that speak towards your education levels in regards to politics?
Going full Oregon on Romneys ass
Obama up 50,000 in Florida. 87% in.
Another 4 years of struggle
This x 1000...Ron Paul/Libertarians aren't all bad but Paul gets himself painted as a kook and alienates a lot of people with his views on downsizing the military drastically. And he's been the face of the Libertarians for a while.

I know you are speaking to me, but I'm very educated in politics. I live in FL and am surprised at how well he is doing. There didn't seem to be as high a level of enthusiasm for Obama as the last election.
You have to take a serious look at the GOP after this. If they can't win the presidency in this economy, they need to seriously rethink their platform. It's only going to get worse if they continue to be the party of old white men.
Holy Smokes......the guy hosting looks like Eddie Munster on steroids.
No aspects of Obama care have been enacted, so how can healthcare be worse because of it? He has attempted to end the war, and has us out of Iraq and a set date for being out of Afghanistan. What else is bothering you about him? You seem to be whining about stuff that hasnt happened, or has happened in exactly the opposite way you think.
I really wish our political system allowed for 3rd parties to have more of a chance. There's not a doubt in my mind that Gary Johnson is the best candidate out there this year. A damn shame.
Yeah... its not
I regret that I have but one upvote to give to this statement.
im hardly the only surprised person in this state. the hatred for obama is strong in FL but everyone discounted the Latino vote. i consider myself fairly educated on politics and FL is usually a slamdunk for the Repubs just like texas and like california is a slamdunk for the dems
FSU Ambassador to the masses
I see what you did there....
Frankly Ron Paul was too old as well. 77 years old and running for President? Who can take that seriously? He would be 81 years old in 2016.....there is a limit to how much someone that old should be expected to do.
Especially if the economy continues to improve over the next 4 years. If you can't beat a Democratic president on the basis of the economy only a few years after a recession, what are you going to do with 4 more years of economic recovery and 4 more years of your base dying off?
Johnson was definitely the best candidate, but you will never be able to get all of the sheep to vote Libertarian.
agreed. the two main parties are bad but nobody else has a chance which is a real shame
Had I still been living in NY, I would have voted for Johnson.
That's why getting the libertarian party to 5% is huge IMO. Next step from there is 15% and then once the sheep see it the libertarians will rise
never gonna happen. dems and repubs wont allow it
LMAO @ Karl Rove still calling Ohio for Romney.
The GOP got hijacked by the far-right and the Tea Party....they have to massively rethink their ideals and platform in the near future or they are doomed. Immigration in particular is killing them...Dems have done a masterful job of casing that debate as being anti- or for Hispanics and the GOP got played like a violin.
