Holliday never ran that fast in high school. He ran a 10.01 in 2009 as senior in college
10 Major Poll National Titles (CFB record)
35 Bowl Wins (CFB record)
72 Wins over last 6 years (CFB record)
Holliday actually ran 10.00. Fastest ever for a football player.

My list is for high school.
Holliday ran 10.00 in college.
Keith Marshall of UGA ran 6.75 in the 60m last night in his 1st track meet of his collegiate career. Marshall weighed 216 during the football season. Interesting to know if he's dropped weight for track.
6.75 is probably low/mid 4.3x electronic "combine-type" time. Equates to ~ 10.50 for 100m.

Gurley finished 6th in 60m hurdles with a 8.12. he was playing in the 235 range last year.
What does Bracy equate to...6.54.
Artie Burns, you don't need stats. Just know when he runs, he burns
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
So Fsu could have the two fastest players in the nation, 3 of the top 5.
still won't be considered elite at football though
The US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association tracks the best times run by college football players in the country, and the Atkinson brothers clock in with the 5th and 6th fastest times in the country.

Uh, lots of football names missing from that list.
Holliday, Ford, many more not listed.
Edit: guess he was only talking about this year

Well, and I was giddy about Fresno State picking up a guy with a 10.8 100m time (Darrell Fuery)

That sounds like a nightmare freight train running at you.
On a related note....
We have a 6-8 274 pound TE we signed who supposedly runs a 4.7 and has a 35 inch vertical. Nasty if true.
