Yeah that was bad ass. Tywin is a cunning SOB.
Can someone please explain what is going on north of The Wall. I didn't really follow who the people were that Jon Snow and company are going after.
The Wildlings are north of the Wall & they're gathering up in an army. They're led by former Brother of The Night's Watch named Mance Rayder. The Night's Watch is investigating what's going on and are preparing to fight them, iirc. Halfhand and Snow are going to scout them, I think. They're also looking for traces of Snow's uncle.
The Nights Watch has found out that the Wildlings are amassing an army. The leader of that army is Mance Rayder (sp?). It was explain by Qhorin Halfhand that he used to be part of hte Nights Watch, so he knows how to organize. The Watch's duty is to not allow anything north of the Wall to go south of it. They went out to see if the rumors about Mance were true. At least I think that is how it is without giving any spoilers away.
Scout aka delta force murder their asses in silent ways hopefully, that is how it sounded to me
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
so now they are going to fight like Wildings?
They also mentioned the white walkers that come every 1000 years...
Right now they are just scouting the wildllings to see what they are up to.
Yep, fat kid mentioned it. One horn blast for something, two for something else, three for white walkers.
Halfhand is a bad MFer
Well sorta, just change up their battle tactics to confuse them since one of them taught the Wildlings how to fight like the Nights Watch
So they are going all Seal Team 6 on their ass by making a small team to go in and figure out the biz and hopefully murder some shit while they do it
That is what it looks like to me
Well, not quite every 1000 years. Its just been 1000 years since the last time the horn was blasted 3 times. Probably not that big of a sticking point, but I guess my point is that the Others or White Walkers have more or less been forgotten about or have become children stories.
Writeup tomorrow may come a little late, hoping I can get it up. Even more happened in this episode.
this is a great series , alot better than i thought is was going to be
Him + Snow = really tight shit
Forgot Ghost, bro.
Shame on me, he wasn't in that episode so I forgot about him
Ghost, the direwolf? Was in the background. There was a shadow assassin, the dragons and Ghost.
No they said they haven't been seen in a 1,000 years.
Well not a role in this episode
they gotta make an appearance soon , cant wait
They have bro, twice
Just has been really quick shots, the very first scene of the show you see one for a good second
And then when craster delivers his son to them you see one kinda

totally missed them ....what the ...
This pic has been floating around the internets too
thats pretty cool i gotta admit , had no idea - thanks
The first picture is from the very first scene of the show, and they only show that shot for a quick second
When Jon Snow sees one he barely gets a look at its eyes and then profile of his body before it fades away and then Craster knocks him the fugg out
