We knew right away in the books IIRC.
If someone wants to explain this to me in a PM, i can't recall this plot at all.
Again, there is a book thread we can use to discuss things like this. Please keep anything spoiler related out.
If memory serves, it was also the first time the book readers knew what Valar Morghulis meant. Also ftr, Valar Morghulis is High Valarian, while all the different free cities speak their own dialect of Valarian.

Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken
That is how I saw it
I also knew but I think that is how the writers of the show wanted it to come across
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
This is correct I've read the books recently and I believe it said something along the lines of her and Viserys being taught languages when they lived with Illyrio.
Damn. Varys is a cold ass honkey.
Last 10 mins were jizz worthy
Yep. Highlight of season 3 so far.
Anyone wanna speculate on why Ramsay did what he did to Theon? Just another form of torture?
Ramsey is a sick individual that enjoys watching Theon suffer.
Really thought the Tyrion/Varys encounter was the best scene. Varys is perfect in this.
So it's ok to call him Ramsay now? Didn't know if that constituted a spoiler.
He's into both physical and psychological torture.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Why would that be a spoiler?
Just a strange sequence of events. Kills what appear to be his own men, just to play a joke. Cold blooded
Agree, great ending and best episode of the season so far. So she understood everything the slave master said in their negotiations?

All-seeing instrument. Supreme perception. Omnifocal accumulator... Its gaze upon the blind. Information divinity by man designed.
Yeah, pretty much.
I haven't read the books in a while so I don't remember exactly how the mutiny went down. But why couldn't they let Mormont strangle his attacker. I needed that, god damnit.
Ramsey is more of a psychopath that even Jeoffrey
That was probably my favorite episode of the whole show, down right awesome.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
I'm aware. Just wondering if anyone thought he had a specific reason, but I guess not...
Ramsay being Ramsay
Yeah it was very good. They needed to break things up after 3 straight episodes of just back stories.
They really need to say what Podric did to those hoes already
My thoughts exactly. Screw the Iron Throne. More Pod the God!
Huddles are for rookies.
I'm sure it's been said in here 100 times, but I don't check this thread so siap.
Denarius Stormborn is a badass and I want to bang her.
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
