For a QB? John Brantley or Jeffie Driskel? I feel a lot of gator nation was happy to see Brantley go, but maybe he was better than Driskel?
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
Tough decision. Are we talking Driskel as a Sophomore vs Brantley as a Sophomore? I'll ride with Driskel though, too many bad memories with Brantley.
I would compare Driskal now to any year Brantley started.
Would you rather have Teddy Bridgewater?
Brantley was 100x worse than Driskel. I danced a dance the day he left. That said, how bummed are you going to be when UF wins on September 7th?
Well that's a no brainier. But I would rather have Morris over Driskal and EJ.
Driskel. Questions surround his future, but we still won 11 games with him at QB.
But would you be undefeated with somebody else? He REALLY locks in on a receiver at times....
I don't think UF has a very good receiving core which hurts Driskel. That's something Willie is trying to fix I'm sure.
Maybe. The thing is, it's not just Driskel. I think Driskel's performance made UF fans question what we have for the first time, but for the most part, we've been blaming the OL and WR's. If you haven't noticed, we have some of the worst WR's of any major program in the country and Nixon at LT is just complete garbage.
So it's tough to answer that question. I do know putting someone who couldn't run like Driskel would get killed behind our OL. That's really why he got the job over Brissett....
Nope. Let guys like Ace Saunders and Eli Rogers leave state and we've had 5 different WR coaches in 5 years. We've been misevaluating kids and not developing the ones we have.
Really need to bring in better talent there and then get some continuity on that side of the ball. It's an awful unit...any UF fan should tell you that.

I agree with you with Nixon at LT. Last night, he got DESTROYED on some plays. My thinking was this though..."if you're gonna leave the kid in there, why are you leaving him one on one??? Have a back chip block going out or keep a tight end in to his side and late release. Surprised that you guys don't have many good wide outs as it seems that you guys always have kids who can fly and catch the rock...
