Which program produced the best team in college football history? That same program had a better run than the current Alabama run (that's if Alabama doesn't win the title for the 2013 season), has more wins in the program's history, has more conference title wins, has 5 national titles, and has sold out every game for 60+ years running?
Your Alabama program is at the top right now, but it will not be forever and Nebraska will work its way back to the top again.
That program is called Nebraska!
Nebraska, a top 10 program for sure. Won't be worth a damn until you guys get a solid coach.
Thanks for the reality check, I feel better now.
Nebraska is irrelevant and Bama has 3x more national titles. You guys will most likely never be back to what you once were. Also the best team in history? Pretty sure 2001 Miami would shit on those corn farming white boys. A better run then Bama's current? Our run is still going strong. Basically Bama > Nebraska and it ain't close bruh.
Your opinion is biased anyways. Facts do not lie and the facts are on my side. Programs go up and down all of the time. Nothing stays exactly the same.
Biased? Everything I said was true. Teams like Bama, USC, Texas, ND, ect. will fall and rise to the top within different times. Nebraska on the other hand will never rise to the top again. It's just not that kind of school. What facts are on your side?
Nebraska is done. They don't have the city draw or the recruiting base to ever achieve what they used to be. Total has been.
Done....lol....lol. You guys crack me up! I will remind you guys win national title #6 comes around.
The world will destroy itself before that happens
You want to educate yourself and see which teams in the last four seasons have 9 or more wins. I dare you to do that research and see where it ends up. Then make sure to come back to this thread and read your garbage again...lol.
Shall we all remind readers of this forum how the outcome of the 1972 bowl game went? Hmmmm, Nebraska a ton of points and Alabama single digits. Not much has changed over the decades....Nebraska still winning, but experienced a down turn. Alabama has been winning and went on probation.
Nebraska vs Alabama http://www.cornnation.com/2013/3/12/4089082/huskers-alabama-football-dynasty-compare?login=1363106636
Jesus dude I think all these years of irrelevance has drove you to insanity. Talking about a game 40 years ago... Talking about your 9 win seasons... Let me know when your team does anything.
Last I checked Ohio State and Michigan are in your conference.
And more importantly how are you honestly arguing with Alabama guys? They've won 3 of the last 4 and are on top of the world right now. Nebraska hasn't been any good in over 20 years. Trust me I know the feeling. But you sound like a mid 2000's typical ND fan. Win 9-10 games get blown out in your bowl game then come on here and claim that you're back. This is getting ridiculous.
5 national titles...60+ years in a row with sold out games...only one of four teams the last four seasons with 9 or more wins each of those seasons.......shall I continue?
... you can't be serious.
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Is this guy trying to imply what I think he is?
pretty sure he's a rival trying to troll Nebraska
Actually yes...I want you to continue...
Hopefully the recruits ignore the Nebraska fan
Doesn't Bama have 9+ wins, and 3 NCs the last 5 years?
Congrats on that win 40 years ago and all of your moral victories.
Nice troll job.
