I felt bad until he started crying. Now I'm kinda glad I made the decision. Can a guy who cries make the tough decisions needed in the everyday workplace much less life?
Hope you blamed Obama
does this answer your question?
No, didn't need to. Came down to bigger issues than that.
Yah thats weird. Ive only cried 1 time since i was a little kid and i made sure it wasnt in front of anyone.
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
Ha, +1 to you good sir.
Not really. Jury is still out on Tebow. I'm guessing no though.
No, this is a serious question.
Why'd you have to let him go?
Officially? Profit margin wasn't where it should be compared to his peers.
Unofficially...... He seemed a good bitt more feminine than my other employees and made them feel uncomfortable.

Eh, if he can't perform, he can't perform. Was that the real reason, or was it just a pretext?
Also, by "more feminine," are we talking metrosexual or just gay?
Well, he cried so I assume gay.
Also of note: it wasn't like an "I'm mad cry". His lip started to quiver, tears came out of both eyes and he just sat there. No response. It made me rather uncomfortable.
Again, I'm talking about real world people. Not pampered athletes.
Don't people quit crying cause they are mad about 10 yrs old? Probably owes a bookie 5 large and you just earned him a trip to the ER.

Don't feel too bad, I fired 2 people last month alone.
I dream of a day when chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.
Hope you didn't write the "unofficial reason" in an email in case he files a gender stereotyping case. Unless you're a very small company not included under Title VII.
This guy isn't the type to go to a bookie. Very shy individual. I'm not sure what is wrong with him.
Based on the gender identity crisis, emotionally volatile and introverted description, I hope for your sake he doesn't own a gun. Sounds like a description of every nut case that's ever came back and shot up his former workplace.
I was kinda thinking the same thing. This dude could totally go postal.
Well, we all have personal firearms so no one is that concerned about that.
Did you hire him?
