As a Heat fan from day 1 (as opposed to the multitude of Heat band wagoneers that populate this thread solely for the purpose LBJ worship, and who admittedly will drop their affinity for the Heat the day LBJ leaves town), truer words were never spoken.
The LBJ story is not yet written. But don't even think of comparing him to MJ right now by cherry picking stats...you only make yourself look incredibly foolish.
this is true...but don't act like he's in MJ's realm based upon what he's accomplished thus far.
He is my boy all the way. I honest to God didn't intend to have a four page debate with TBB. I really only wanted to bump the Heatles thread and post some Lebron trivia.
I'm definitely not, I was just saying that theres a chance. LBJ needs probably 5 before we can really have this conversation for real.
When Cock boy has to be the voice of reason you know you've crossed the line.
A fair argument could be made that LBJ is perhaps the most athletically gifted player to play in the NBA.
MJ was a stone cold killer.
Don't confuse the two.
As much as I appreciate everything LBJ's doing for the Heat, don't think for a minute he's currently comparable to MJ.
Nothing is more vomit inducing than the ignorant posts of those benighted souls who equate or even prefer abundant athletic gifts to unparalleled accomplishment.

I absolutely H-A-T-E Lebron....but the guy is clearly an all-time great. If he retires today, he's a top 15 all time player. If he can somehow win at least 4 rings, IMHO, he should be considered the greatest player to ever play the game. Dude is as big as Karl Malone, but plays like a combo of Magic and Jordan. At this point, physically, he's already there.....from here on out its all mental with him...and it looks like he's starting to figure that out also. Lord help us all!
That being said, Lakers in 6 in the 2013 finals.
And also age 27
Kobe >>>>>> MJ + LBJ
How many generations of inbreeding were needed for you to formulate this "thought"
You are on Fiyah again....where do you come up with this stuff? Although..POTD won't take too kindly to it....
I'm a laker fan but good god what a stupid statement.
Without self-knowledge there is no individuality
Kidz these days...
haha that's awesome +1
Heat are the champs hahahahahahahahahahahahaha I love this thread.
Bring on the old ass lakers. Nice job u already had a good center and exited quietly. Have fun leaving in the second round again.
Agree with all of this, but Heat for the repeat.
Yeah hahaha. It'll be interesting to see. I wonder how much better the Lakers got
I smell fear
Lakers have the best front line in the league. Miami doesn't have one.
They had the best front-line last year too and the heat didn't have one. How'd that work out?
Jamison was garbage 3 years ago when he was with lebron I don't think he improved with old age.
Howard will be dominant once again and lead us to the promise land. [go lakers]
