We aren't just committed to college football; we're early enrolling in it.
Where the madness isn't just in March.

I wasn't sure if you were referring to the 80's C's or the 60's Cs?
MJ had players, but teams back then were better than teams of this era.
80's imo. With the defense especially.
We had 4 HOF's they play similar defense to us but we would wipe the floor against the HEat. We had the Chief and Mchale down low to protect the rim and Mchale's offensive reportorie down low is one of the best I've ever seen. I think that 86 Celts team is the best team of all-time..

Jordan came in 3 years before Pippen got there.
Golden is better then Jimbo... I feared it was true. He is going to hoist a crystal ball there - fsufsu
Exactly, they brought someone in. Jordan didn't leave to go play on the all star team
University of Alabama: The high mark of college football since 1892
No they were not..
The league today as a whole has way more talent.. Same as football and Baseball..
I Ain't got no Worries - Lebron James
The Heat wouldn't get within 15 of that team.
The Heat are the best team in the league right now, unfortunately for them that would equate to barely top 5 in most other eras, if that.
Who did Cleveland bring in??? Big Z? Andrew Verovag?
The teams from the 80's were much better than todays teams
LeBron still shouldn't have left.
Clearly correct. You just don't want to admit it.
People in basketball have always been tall, and weight doesn't matter nearly as much in basketball as it does in football, a perfect example is Kevin Durant, KG, and various other skinny players who have done well for themselves.
So the whole better athlete thing will fly in football, but not so much in basketball.
He could do what he wanted.. They wouldnt help him.. And why does he have to do what Mike did?
Lebron is an active father.. Mike was not.. So what
Sorry.. But players are bigger stronger and faster.. Not a watered down league..
You have yet to provide examples.
Being a good person is not part of this argument.
Because whether we like it or not he is always being compared to Michael by the media, players(Former and present) and of course fans. Michael is the measuring stick for the best of the best in basketball, that is just how it is. LeBron is called "The King" the best of this generation, well he is always gonna be compared to Michael for those reason and always fall short.
Help me understand, athletes are getting worse? I mean isn't that going against evolution?
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
That's to be determined honestly.
Go look at the rosters.. 25 teams are a tough out every night.. legit competition.. In the 80's (while fantastic) the league as a whole was not as deep..
Its a different brand of ball these days anyway..
Then why should he have signed another long term deal with Cleveland if "being a good person" is not a factor?
Maybe he got tired of going against the loaded Celtics or the loaded Lakers or any other good big market team..
Exactly, only offense. If half of these players(Conservative estimate) played back then they wouldn't reach within 10 points of the points they get now because they didn't call these bull crap fouls and when you did get fouled you knew it. They are all (mostly) in todays game.
Because that is being tough, doing things the manly way, the hard road.
Michael played those loaded teams, and won.
The Heat for example are the best defensive team in the league.. And could hold up in any era..
With a loaded team...
the manly way??? Whatever man.. Made a business decision and will now be wearing rings because of his play.. Piss on Cleveland and sticking it out with those losers..
Never saw mike win without Phil so he never did it the hard way..
