Looking at the pre-season top 10 are there really any teams that can swap punches with Bama or LSU for 60 minutes? Seriously...USC, that battle may last 45 minutes. Great Offense but not enough horses on D. Oklahoma....no, UGA...no, Oregon...no. Am I over looking someone cuz I just dont see it. Looking at both of these rosters its stupid at the amount of talent between the 2, freakish talent and depth to go with it. It sucks that one of these 2 teams will keep the other from winning it all. The biggest question is which team doesn't show up for 1 or 2 Saturdays. I'm simply making a point so dont go full retard on me and says lets just not play the season because the bama homers are on the loose. Just show me a team that can swap punches with them and remain standing after 60 minutes.
I think USC is going to put on a heck of a show this year. I can see them giving Bamasucks and LSwho a good game if they can get past Oregon this year.
Shouldn't even play the season IMO...
Arkansas will beat Bama
I think USC beats Oregon but I still think USC is a few players away on D...and depth.
I said dont say that...but well played none the less.
Seems like I hear that every year. But that game worries me a little but not much.
Without self-knowledge there is no individuality
Your concern should be trying to keep the score close because USC will boat race every team they play this season...including any team from Tuscaloosa or Red Stick.
Yeah it was obvious.
The closest Kiffin will ever get to beating Bamasucks is that year DL's field goal attempt got blocked twice....
The preseason number one almost never wins it all...
USC will need 5 OL, 2 TEs, 2 RB just to block lsu's D-Line.
1 WR won't beat LSU
Depth where? Few players away where?
You could easily say the same thing about Bama or LSU and throw out these cliche preseason assumptions. None of us really know much about any of these teams seeing as they haven't played a down yet, but you can go ahead and buy into your own hype all you want.
My own hype?? I think the hype comes from somewhere else....and you need to check your roster. We'll loan you some players if you need some to get through that tough Pac12.
Seriously, our O line sucks. They never get drafted in the top ten picks and don't return 4/5 starters.
You're right about 1 WR not being able to beat LSU though.
You really think your roster is any more loaded than ours? Lmao.
On defense?...Yes. And it's not close.
Sure. All of our backs ups on D are high 4* and 5*'s, but I'm sure bama goes 3 deep with 5*s across the board.
The guy has no clue about USC's roster.
I gave him the response he was trolling for. Even though it was a serious question for the board.
Thanks for agreeing with me
I wanna play USC for the natty. Would be a great game
Seems like the biggest question mark at USC is the depth on their D-line. My only concern is, what happens if a team has success running the ball, controls the clock and keeps their offense off the field. Will the D-line hold up.
Offensively, they are one of the best in the country.
In the end, I believe LSU and USC meet in Miami and LSU wins by 2 FG's.
