Great games for the most part all around, makes games so much more meaningful, can't wait till it expands to 8 teams
They won't be cause of the locations
The perfect college playoff would be the top 8 teams
2 rounds at the higher ranked teams home field
and the final game at a rotating super bowl like location like Jerry's world and so on much like the final 4 only this would be 1 game
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
No chance, imo.
Not enough good qb duels.
Not nearly enough talent parity. The big underdogs can win, sure, but that Falcons/Seahawks game today would've ended 41 - 14 or so. Instead, we got a bizarre finish because both sides always have the talent to flex their muscle.
Don't get me wrong, the playoffs will be good, but you're gonna have some bad asswhippings and the occasional team with no business there winning a game and then getting smashed in the championship game.
IDK, I think there will be some parity, especially between spread and power teams, plus over time it will change the regular season, so that teams will have to focus on peaking towards end of season, and there won't 4-5 weeks to prepare for a game
As long as you enjoy watching SEC football then it will be good.
Damn Strong Football Team
The beatings often happen when both teams have 40 days to prepare. Good coaching separates itself. When teams don't have all that time to prepare, we'll see better games. Which means the first round playoffs, we'll most likely see beatdowns, but the championship game probably won't be. JMO.
