What kind of numbers has he put up through 3 games?? Does everyone still think he's the best DL in the 2011 class?
SEC DEFENSIVE LINEMAN OF THE WEEK
JADEVEON CLOWNEY (Watch South Carolina Highlights)
6-6 • 256 • So. • Rock Hill, S.C.
• Clowney was credited with seven tackles, including 3.5 for losses for minus 17 yards with two sacks, in South Carolina’s 49-6 win over UAB.
• The Gamecock defense held the Blazers to just 89 second-half yards and just 27 rushing yards on 42 carries. South Carolina’s defense sacked UAB quarterbacks six times in the contest.
• Only four of UAB’s 15 offensive drvies were more than six plays with the Gamecock defense holding UAB to five three-downs-and-out.
He has looked great...honestly the stats don't even tell the story because he's caused multiple turnovers with pressuring the QB as well that don't show up, as well as stuffed the run behind the line several times...and he is double teamed or at least chipped by the RB on virtually every down. He's probably caused 5 holding calls already this year as well.
he should end the year with some great stats though.
Disruptive force if you actually watch our games.
I'm sure there are a few "experts" who've seen a couple plays and stat lines who feel otherwise though.
I know where this is headed

is your google broken?
If IY420 is correct, he knows Clowney's stats and is making a case to say Stephon Tuitt is better because he has another 0.5 sack and returned a fumble vs Navy.
Pads his sack total vs no names
Steve Spurrier is a God, and Mark Richt worships him
Let me Google that for you...
Ask Erin Murray what he thinks... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sg3_iccMYHw
How many sacks did.he.have last year.vs real teams?
8 sacks as a backup, played behind Melvin Ingram.
ALL EIGHT against FBS teams.
FIVE OF EIGHT against ranked opponents.
I watched the Vandy game and wasn't impressed. He did nothing the second half. Seemed to be winded or just took to many plays off. Haven't watched any other games since they haven't played anyone else.
UGA, Clemson, and Nebraska aren't real.
Sorry, I forgot in TheKing's world, those teams are imaginary.
when he gets a $10,000,000 signing bonus next year you can call up the team who selects him and tell them how wrong they were.
just playing - Vandy game was definitely least impressive. not sure if you ND guys can understand this, but it was extremely hot and humid during that game and yes everyone was winded. As far as the hands on hips thing, he stands like that from the first play to the last and has since high school.
ha he has been the most disruptive player on our defense.
Lol star..always preaching ND lollollol
The fumble return was pretty impressive play.
Where have you been?
What is humidity, sorry I grew up in Louisiana and don't know what you're talking about. So, you have him being the #1 pick in 2014?
don't think I've mentioned ND once in this thread until now. You get in on the sig bet, Little Lou?
What do you mean by that?
in top couple yeah, depends on needs, if a QB gets a hot hand, etc, but as of now I think he's the best prospect.
lol @ Vandy ,Clemson ,Nebraska being good teams
