Somehow, me thinks he will be alright. It's not so much the HUNH this year as it was green corners along with the revolving door at CB.

All of that said, if 1 of a possible 4 missed field goals go through, he was still playing for a 3rd straight NC. Some of you fools act like the game has passed him by.

Easily to two toughest games you had were aTm and Auburn. Both HUNH's with dynamic QB's. I love how the bammers on here bring up missed FG's as though it pure f-ing chance that Cade Foster choked in a big game. GTFO with that reasoning. Foster has choked numerous times in big games. Trotting him out and him doing the same again being somehow surprising to you is the height of blind homerism.

Your problems in the secondary are not going to mysteriously disappear with an influx of new 4* and 5* talent at the position. This is another thing I love about tBB bammers. Kirkpatrick, Barron, Millner, K. Jackson, and others from 2009-2012 are not walking through that door. Those guys had lock-down talent. The guys you have on the roster now (who will be playing again next year), while perhaps similarly rated, are NOT the same guys.

The associative property does not work with recruiting rankings. Unless you coach them up to be those guys--which you haven't yet--it will be the same story again next year. Learn to deal with that reality or its going to be another year of "why the hell can't Saban seem to coach up the secondary like before" and general gnashing of teeth among your fanbase once again.

If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.

He hired Dan Quinn who is currently the defensive coordinator for the Seahawks

I understand Quinn was a good hire, what about anybody on Offense?

The aTm game was a Yeldon goal line fumble (surprise) away from being a 21 PT Bama win.

Foster has a history of choking, no argument there. However, he was like 10/11 on the year coming into the IB.

Also, you don't think Tony Brown and Hump are lock down guys? Wow lmao. I would love to see your definition of a lock down HS corner prospect.

Additionally, Saban made all-SEC and All-American safeties out of Rashad Johnson (walkon) and Robert Lester. You have an awful memory if you don't remember Dre and Milliner getting beat a bunch when they were young (similar to Eddie Jackson, Mo Smith, and Cyrus Jones this year). None of those guys walked in a lock down guy from day one.
