but I lived. I'm ok but not sure about everything else in the world.

Keep your head up. It could've been worse. It could've been Louisville.
I like the direction of the program but the product that was on the field Monday night= poo
welcome to Brian Kelly lol.
Look man - your program is a fine program. Lots of pride, tradition and rings. Do you realize IY that Saban's process has been in existence for approximately 6 years or so? So its taken some time to have built bis team. CBK has been with you for what, about 3 years? Your a winner - so hang. So is your coach - although I'm pissed CBK would EVEN consider the NFL this early in his contract. Of coarse I'm looking at it from a loyalty/fans' point of view; & not from a business perspective
How many other Irish fans did you land on?
I hear ya but it just sucks to literally not show up for the biggest game
I think ND has to lower their academic standards to compete with the SEC, how many ppl on Alabama's roster could get into ND? I would say the number is really small..
many. That's why I lived....
betting it would be on the smaller side.
The ND fans have very strong opinions about the question you asked. People are very strong about it one way or the other...
This wasn't a matter of not showing up. It was more about being vastly outmatched. Now could the play calling have been better, yeah you could have tried to run the ball more but I doubt it would have made much of a difference. If UA brings their A game like they did Monday night, that same game unfolds 8/10 times no matter what ND does. JMO.
Also to clarify, I never thought ND stood a chance. Going undefeated was the worst thing that could have happened for them.

I couldn't resist. You guys had one hell of a season, nothing to be ashamed of.
That coming from ole 7-6 this year Smitty.
Glad that you can now realize that ND ain't shiz lined up next to Bama. Good season for them though.
keep jumping off 5 ft high bridges w/ 20 ft of water beneath & it should all be fine.
note: pre check for high speed currents

my guess is that most of the players at Bama would be accepted into ND had they wanted to go there. Don't kid yourself...athletes are a different animal when it comes to acceptance at places like ND. Of course, they are a private school so we will never know publicly.
Meh. I watched it intently with my brother. I would hope you've seen me post it enough to know, but he's die hard ND(as is my dad's family) and went to Auburn.
It wasn't a no-show. Bama just whooped ass. I'm not a conference supporter either. I hope everyone in our conference loses unless they're playing Clemson.
