[middlefingeremoticon] for you and rt.
Hey, where's that boy of yours been shalvoy? He desert us old people?
Don't know if I ever told you, but I'm a huge Huggins fan. I grew up going to games at UC. I watched him build that program from nothing, his first year he took 2-3 football players to field a team. I even read his book when I was like 14. Even though the guy is a drunk, he's a good dude.
so i just realized that i turned sigs off a long time ago because i'm mostly on at work. just wanted to thank you long time for your sig.
Huggs is probably the most popular guy in the state. Does a lot of charity work and promotes the state like no other. After the blowout loss to Purdue Saturday, he issued a statement of apology to the state and fans of WVU for the bball teams unacceptable performance. Definitely a standup guy, except for the occasional stagger.
That's an interesting tidbit about Huggy using a couple football players on his team. Good stuff.
Ah knottin. Just wishing I was moving into a new house thats all.
I've got more lol. Huggs was going to be a top ten pick in the NBA draft. He was training one day out riding his bike, and got hit by a car. That slid him to the second round, and he never fully regained form. That's how he ended up coaching. I could keep going...
He used to wear a coat and tie to coach in(and was famous for throwing the jacket when he got frustrated, and if it kept going the tie would go too). After each game he would donate his tie, and they'd be auctioned for charity.
Sig of the Year on tbb baby!
He's quite the character, to say the least. We bought some stuffed "Huggy Bears" to give as Christmas gifts that his cancer charity was selling to raise money for the Cancer Center @ WVU, and we were surprised to get a hand signed Christmas card from his family with a thank you note. He's just good people.
deservedly so. i want to meet that girl and kiss her on the mouth.
...on the mouth, huh??
