????? What's Penn State have to do with anything........ Mine's Urban.... I'm just saying B.O.B. over Hoke.
I figured you were a Penn State fan since you said O'Brien was a big name coach...which he wasn't. And ok I guess, if you really think O'Brien is going to have a better record than Hoke then I don't know what to tell you.
Your coach had Jesus at Florida....58-44-6
Um Obien is a .750 coach while Hoke is a .540 so yeah he kind of does has a better record. Sorry man.
O'Brien is 8-4...that's .666
Hoke took over two progams that were in the toilet. I can't help it that it skews his record. I guess since he's a .540 coach overall that's totally relavent to how he's going to do in the future and not how he's done at Michigan so far
.... math rocks.
Yeah I can see why you're stoke with this 8-5 season you got here
Sorry used your stats. Penn State wasn't.... They would've been completely obliterated. I'd like to see Hoke maneuver that. When he doesn't have Mattison we'll see.

Having a mediocre defensive line and offensive line plus a tougher schedule probably had something to do with it
I love it. They taste sweet and delicious...
I'm not sad...I'm looking forward to the future. We're going to be even better next year with an easier schedule and more experience.
Have fun until the last game of the year..
You're about to get railed by a mediocre SC team
We'll enjoy the Rose bowl thanks
Next year? You're welcome because we'll be in the NCG.
And they still won't if their aspirations are that high they will have taken it on the chin in back to back weeks from us....I'm down
That's why Anderson was the top choice from the beginning.
I for one love how everything comes back to an Ohio State/ Ohio State fan base remark.
The only reason you people talk about Ohio State for all non Ohio State issues is your jealous.
We own the little 10, we own michigan, and we own the Midwest.
People only hate when they can't hang..............Keep it up, I love it.
Back to the thread at hand.
If God dwells inside us, like some people say, I sure hope He likes enchiladas, because that's what He's getting
A Buckeye fan here... Umm.... in what world was Bill O'Brien a great, big name hire for Penn St? Not every school is able to hire an Urban Meyer. I actually like this hire for Wisconsin better than Tennessee's hire of Butch Jones. I think Wisconsin did a good job with the hire of Anderson, surprising that he was hired considering what type of offense he runs and what type of talent Wisconsin has on that side of the ball, I thought they'd go with a more run oriented type coach, but I like the hire.
So in the last two years, Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin, Purdue, Illinois and Indiana have hired new coaches for the Leaders division.
In the Legends, you've had Jerry Kill at Minnesota and the year before that Hoke at Michigan. Eight of the 12 have been in the league for three years or less.

I'm fine with Andersen as a recruiter as long as he works further west than east. Stop going after New Jersey.
And who exactly considered Bill O'Brien a big name HC? Especially when he was hired.
I'd heard of him. More than I can say for this dude.
Only time I had heard of BOB before his name was leaked was when he got into that shouting match with Brady.
tOSU- hires a HOF head coach.
um- hires a mascot while the DC runs the team
PSU- hires QB coach who Tom Brady was about to get fired
Wisc- hires Gary Anderwho; how does it feel that Purdue landed a better HC?
