diseases and stuff at that time, when would you live?
1450-1550- Modern History was shaped in this 100 year time frame. War, Politics, Culture, and Religion all changed drastically during this period.
1700's- Same as before, but people dressed cooler.
Now. Girls were fugly back then.
Not really, now hideous girls can cover it up with layers of make up.
It would save those mornings when you wake up next to a girl who is 10x uglier than you thought she was.
Now. Advancements in medicine >>>>
op said you'd be immune.
immune >>>>>>>>> getting sick and having to take medicine, even if it's effective.
The 1960's and 1970's are the only time I would want to live in besides now.
The 1950's were too dull. The 1940's, well tens of millions were dying in wars. The 1930's? Great depression. The 1920;s? Eh maybe, but its starting to get primitive. 19teens? Another tens of millions dying in wars. Before that, when you get to an age without common use of electricity or modern indoor plumbing? Forget it. Would not want to be there.
50s would be nice. Come home to a cooked dinner and no nagging from the wifey.
330 ad would be cool. Formation of the Byzantine empire
500 BC or so.....golden age of Roman empire (I am pretty sure around that time but not certain)
Also my disclaimer .....every girl I would be with would be clean shaven, that ish is gross.
People shaved in Rome, and in Greece.
Julius Caesar lived from 100 BC to around 40 BC so I think that time would be the date you are looking for.
I would have liked to have been a trader on the Silk Road. Travel through Samarkand at its height.
In memory of Tusks.
In this scenario, are you the same race/ethnicity as you are today, or do you assimilate with the group you desire to be a part of?
I prefer the present... I am a huge fan of technology and can't wait to see what's in store for the next fifty or so years.
If I had to choose a historical context, perhaps during the time of Rousseau's noble savage. I can get pretty lazy and I wouldn't have to worry about much outside of food, shelter, and sex...
I'd be in Roman society and own as many hot chicks as I could and just bang them all
I could never give up the Internet. Now or in the future for me.
TURDS ALL UP IN THIS MUG. /// "2010 Auburn Tigers, my favorite team. Unbeaten in all ways." -- Dan Wetzel, April 4, 2013, 6:29 p.m.
It would be extremely difficult
yes, same race and everything. You can also choose where you want to be in society.
I choose my ancestor's lives.
Nobility in the Renaissance. Same in the 1700.
for you, porn would be everywhere.
True but I would be without football and message boards
Sex with no worries of AIDS, Syphilis, and other std's would do.
You're also immune, so you can duel people with no consequences for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Both sound more fun to me, and you can invent football.
Can I call it Ichball? And I promise to make the gladiators play it and won't fine them for hitting to hard
Right my b
I'd want to be a a pretty awesome Pirate captain when pirates were at their peak. When was that? 1500s?
Yea but no wenches are on board so you're stuck at sea for months with just dudes
Paradise Lost imo
During prohibition...sell moonshine to the women...make modern day millions
Stay thirsty my friends......
I'd be a train robber in the old west. Hittin up brothels all the time with immunity
Not guilty y'all got to feel me
Ah, questions only white men can ponder. Louis CK has a great bit on this.
Sparty is our mascot, we are Spartans.
