OU isn't impressive. Landry seems to have regressed each year.
ND's defense looks good, but you can't tell much b/c landry looks rough.
Besides these issues, I do not recall a team every being as "lucky" as ND. Looks like now, they are a shoe-in for BCS bowl (assuming they beat OU tonight).
Is ND as good as ranking or is OU that bad?
LOL, who didn't see this thread coming. A little early, but no surprise.
Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
Everyone we play is terrible - STFU
Hahahahahahaha what ever makes you sleep at night bud

They are really good. Wish the 4 team playoff was this year.
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
One of the keys to beating OU is to get pressure on Landry, specifically straight up the middle. Everyone knows he's not that mobile and he's not accurate on the run.
Landry hasn't been terrible tonight, but he hasn't been his usual self where if he can stand in the pocket with time, he can pick you apart.
I think more of it has to do that ND has limited OUs big plays and kept the WR and RBs in front of them on passes. They've been able to contain the running game pretty well too.

Big win for ND, congrats.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
Seemed like a good question to me. If you can't answer the question, then that leads me to believe we are right back where we were before this game: ND has wins, but remains a mystery.
ND looks good, but how good is OU? They lost to KState, which is a solid team. OU has taken this on the chin, at home, but how good is OU? They beat texas....which isn't saying much.
Gotta admit I thought OU would win. Congrats. ND played well and OU pulled there typical big game show case choke
Notre Dame defense = legit
Notre Dame running game= legit
What's this mean?
Notre Dame is legit.
ND is as "legit" as any other team in the nation, sans maybe Bama. Name a team with better wins that @MSU, Vs. Mich, Miami, Stanford, and now @OU.
This..."who have they beaten" is becoming comical
ND just wiped the floor with a team that the soon to be #2 team in the country beat by 5
I agree with you there. I still think landry has regressed during his years @ qb.
I like teo as LB too. He brings a great intensity.

I agree ND had great gameplan and executed it. As far as OU, that's why I asked my question to begin this thread: is OU good/bad, or just typical OU losing a game they might normally win.
As much as I hate to admit it ND is very good this year.
No one else has beaten 3 top 25 teams this year. ND has now beaten 4 of them. Nuff said.
Big Game Bob makes me
The answer to the OP is "ITS ALWAYS A LITTLE OF BOTH"
I actually think Stanford would beat OU on a neutral site. Much less fireworks going off, but so much more physical up front. But it was a superb gameplan and play calling by CBK and ND, on offense mostly. Even ND fans are surprised at this one.
Im with ya irishyoung420. Haters will hate. Good game
