I know the were a lots of skeptical auburn fans who probably did some digging. What did y'all find out? Or was it one of those situations where it was necessary for a team captain to have a racist tirade towards a team's top recruit in public?
I'm sure that he's on Malzahn's $hitlist at this point.
This would be correct.
I Believe Auburn and Love IT...4 Life!
You should prepare yourself to live with the consequences of your decisions, whatever they may be.
I honestly think he has a big boy drinking problem. Not a college drinking problem where you just do it too much instead of studying. But one where you have to drink to feel normal. He needs to get help now or it will only get worse. Someone needs to step in and fix this guy before he ruins his life.
If his go-to behavior when drunk is to be an unabashed racist, he has numerous issues beyond drinking to work out.
Nobody's going to be able to "fix" him though - he has to want to do that himself, and it doesn't sound like that's too high up on his priority list.
His go to behavior drunk is fighting.....like most drunks. The racist stuff is just usually a subconscience way to start a fight. It's no different than hitting on a guys gf right in front of him. It just needs to stop and he needs to get help.
If he doesn't want help then it won't do anything.
Anyone with an addiction actually has to want to quit before quitting becomes realistic. If someone forces you to quit, the quitting won't last too long.
Oh, they can force him to quit. If he's no longer a football player he is now subjected to the penalties like the rest of us. No more covering up his infractions to the police. He will get sober up in jail as he awaits his civil papers.
Yeh I don't think you seem to get it.
Not drinking for a couple months, and quitting the addiction are two totally different things.
You're right. I've never been that weak so it's a hard concept for me to grasp. If all that dosen't work then it might be time to get the rope. JMO
Addiction and weakness aren't the same things.
So.....what did he do? (For those of us who don't follow the kid)
I disagree. I think it's a form of mental weakness
You can disagree all that you want. I've had friends deal with addiction and it is labeled as a disease. Some people can drink a few beers a couple of times and instantly become addicted to the stuff. I'll take the word of doctors that know what they are talking about instead of people that "feel" a certain way.
I think he called Foster a "dumb ni&&a" to his face.
I'm not really in the mood to argue this back and forth so you can have your opinion and I will have mine. Just be careful of those who call everything a disease. Will power is stronger than you think. Some people are just very weak and looking for a reason not to say so.
And some people just have a disease that you seem not able to comprehend.
I like how the default response when someone is just wrong ends up being "Well, you have your opinion, I have mine."
No. One person has facts, one person is wrong.
I'm really trying to bite my tongue with you. Iseems to have to do this everytime I try and have a conversation with you so this is probably our last one. But what you need to understand is there are plenty of people out there that do not consider this a disease. I have some experience in it first hand and can tell you that. But go on, you have all the answers.
There are plenty of people out there who do not consider Obama a US citizen, it doesn't mean they're right.
Well, that isn't very hospitable.
Will be interesting to see this unfold on NSD.
Thanks for info.
So when people who are trying to quit a drug cant because they start getting the shakes or hallucinating..... That's not a disease?

I've tried really hard not to call some of you idiots. I have. But good luck getting me to ever read any of your posts again or take anything you say seriously. Read the link
The theory that alcoholism is a disease is discussed, including roles of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and the medical establishment in promoting it. Assumptions, conflicting views, consequences, evidence, definitions and utility of the theory are examined.
if what was rumored did happen, dismukes should be sent home for good. there's not need for that bs. he plays and is coached by a lot of black ppl. how does that not create a divide in the locker room
RD is far from a team captian.

Don't bite your tongue, in fact don't hold back at all. I'd love for you to air your true feelings.
Your ignorance among other things is very evident in this thread.
I don't have all the answers, but I have the right one here.
Also considering I remember having about 2 discussions with you, the Poggi discussion and some bullshit you started about Academics, you should probably learn to relax and get "thicker skin".
Ignorant and sensitive, not a great combo.
