Yea stopping one dimensional Penn State is the same as playing USC . They couldn't even throw the ball. Bama just loaded the box and Redd still mustered 60 yards.
USC fans from the preseason....
So much blithering BS from one school led by one of the worst head coaches in the history of college football. All that talk and USC turns in a 7-5 season. To add to that, your boy Sanchez just got passed by that "game manager" GREG MCELROY.
This thread is a lesson in knowing your place. Bama fans knew ours, USC fans didn't.
Sucks to suck, Trojans
10 Major Poll National Titles (CFB record)
35 Bowl Wins (CFB record)
72 Wins over last 6 years (CFB record)
I'm assuming he meant the 1990 Patriots
Correct IMO, everyone saw the 9ers beat the Pats on Sunday.
A ton of used/broken Trojans in this thread...
Thread bump is extremely gay. Especially since it will just get bumped after we lose to ND.
USC fans talk about how awesome their offense is mainly due to how good their QB and WRs are......failing to realize that the most important position on offense is the OL. They then go 7-5 this season. The offense looked weak and soft.
Bama on the other hand has 4 1st round draft picks along the OL and can line up and maul any team in the country. BAMA offense >>>>> USC offense. This is simple football knowledge, its been true since football was first played. Additionally, Bama's QB is leading the entire country in QB rating and has only thrown 3 picks
Add to this that Bama's defense finished the year ranked #1 in total defense in the entire country....and you have a pretty good chance that Bama has both the best offense AND defense in the entire country
I'm pretty sure the premise of this thread was that Bama clearly had the best offense, not just better than USC's. The former is not clearly true, but I concede the latter probably is. You could change the thread title nearly four months after the fact though.
This thread has been hilarious though with all the bad predictions.
i wouldn't trade Bama's offense OR defense for any other team's.
NFL OL, 2 high draft pick running backs, most efficient QB in the country and
#1 statistically rated defense.
Now i would like to have another receiver opposite Cooper but we have also lost 2 that i think were going to be close (White and Black)
close but no.
CyKo: 1st rounder
Warmack: 1st rounder; possibly the best OG in a decade
Jones: 1st rounder - 2nd rounder
Steen: late rounder
Fluker: 1st rounder
I'm not saying you would trade your offense for anyone else's. I'm keeping this only on the offense. I challenged your premise that Bama "clearly" had the best offense, which I don't think they did.
Once again though, solid bump for teh lulz.
i did love reading it though. all that USC hope from 3 months ago. remember when they backed Kiffin? yeah, not anymore
LOL no. You have two good OL. We have 4.
Also Trojans, hows Matt Barkley and that unstoppable offense? LOL USC sucks. Just another overrated, overhyped noodle arm, can't read a defense qb from USC. Nothing to see here.
You bumped one dude talking wreckless, I didn't see any other Trojans making proclamations ITT.
Nice call on your boy McElroy today btw, solid performance.
Kid went off today.
I would take Florida's defense over Alabama's any day of the week
this is why Bama offense was the best in the country
No, it is a fact. Facts are not wrong no matter how much you think they are.
