He has to get good coaching to offset the stupidity of his game-day play calling
This post was edited by LOSNOLES 14 months ago
Yeah, Im still not worried about that though
I couldn't call plays either with a weak run game, and a QB with no balls
He could have been more aggressive if EJ wasn't so fragile and the OL actually knocked people off the ball
Lots of his plays last year would have worked, but like he said.... the execution was just terrible
I agree with our fans that he should have taken the blame, but it doesn't mean he was wrong either in terms of it being the players fault
He can only call the play, its up to them to make it work
I mean when you call a dive with Wilder on 3rd and 1 against Wake Forest and don't get the first... that isn't Jimbo's fault

fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Rumors going around that Trooper Taylor may fill the spot on UT's staff.
Ha, word up
Tim Brewster seems to have joined FSU's staff as TEs coach. Aside from him being a egomaniac that will likely piss Jimbo off on the reg that is another great hire. His resume screams elite TE coach and recruiter.
Trooper has connections in the area, and was beloved by many fans for the same antics that Auburn fans came to love him. He is a possibility, but I wouldn't call it much more than that.
Butch Jones. Who???
im glad your happy with him,he couldnt land 4-5 star running back for us,talk from year now see what a good hire you got if he dont bail out on you all...ENJOY
MAYBE a option but want be the first offer to..we going after a running back coach from the nfl
Well FSU lands 4 and 5 stars on the reg so we ain't trippin
Dont worry he will for us. After all the guy has to be able to sell the program and well...... UT is not a good sell as of late.
there was a reason he was the 2 lowest paid he couldnt land us no big names ,far as north i believe butch sold that 1 ,after all we are putting wide receivers in the nfl it was a no brainer for north to come to tenn, all i can say talk to us after your signing class what graham brings in.because you all are being very miss guided im glad you all have him now.
tennessee can get a real running back coach that can win some these big time running backs
graham didnt do that sorry.all i can say good luck with.
coach azz wideouts can recruit south florida hes our man he got the job and graham i guess thought he deserved it. so from a tenn fan enjoy graham and lets talk this time next year in what you got out of graham..good luck
So to sum up.....uhh?
Nobody could land you guys a big name brah
Btw you need to learn how to post, cause this post was retarded and impossible to read
I could only handle the first line before I gave up

There is no possible explanation for this other than being mad he left his alma mater.
I am a double graduate of Tennessee and know that what you are insinuating is at best wrong and at worst just a ridiculously misinformed opinion.
no sir ptccock im not mad far as recruiting goes he didnt land any big stars
now our backs did improve, yes i hated to see him up and leave ,because all the changes we have been through. he we land trooper,or who ever as long as they can recruit and teach our running backs im fine with it.
but if you all think you got a bargain and to boot you have sal.now by the end of the season 2013-2014
you will see if you got the best.
all im saying better you all then us plain and simple.
