Stronger and Faster. Both are false. Green is better in both those categories.
Have to disagree here, Julio out ran AJ at combine. And stronger its not even close, look at Yac as Julio is much tougher to bring down. Not hating on AJ he's really good but your facts are off
Didn't realize combine and on field speed were the same.
I think they are close in strength, but how does YAC tell if they can be brought down? That doesn't mean they broke tackles, just that they can outrun other players.
Just my opinion.
I agree that the combine can be over valued but only numbers to go off of and would give that as a push.
YAC--yards after contact, means guy couldn't bring him down with initial contact so this one does have a factor. Not outrunning a guy on a crossing route. What did you think YAC was?
Yards after catch haha I apologize.
Get out of here with that nonsense....its just not true because Simply Complex says so. Only that genius can discount the Combine when evaluating the speed and strength of players, and then turn around and pass his opinion off as fact.
Glad you agree.
Just found out you're an Alabama fan...explains a lot.
Well could be that as well. I'm still going with Julio on the physical side. Tomato/tomato..
Fitz is still living off hype. Overrated IMO.
I'll agree. Thanks.
This is a breakthrough moment.....you've come a long way. Only you can call someone else's post retarded when you don't even know WTF YAC stood for.
Fitz is a top 3 WR. He has had to put up with terrible QB's for most of his career. Not his fault.
Oh, and AJ is a better WR than Julio. Most non Bama fans ITT agree.
Oh, and if you would, kindly reverse the downvote you gave me earlier on my original post since this thread proves you don't know shit. Thanks.
Not sure what being a better athlete has anything to do with anything.
Mike Alstott wasn't a great athlete, but he was the best fullback in the game for a long time. Wes Welker is a decent athlete at best, and out-produces a lot of other more athletic WR's.
Hands, Route Running, ball smarts. That is what made Jerry Rice Jerry Rice.
it's Megatron easily
AJ is better right now, Julio has much more room for improvement (more potential). It's not a landslide either way. Both are top 5 WR's and could potentially be 1/2.
More targets vs. less coverage evens itself out. Julio drew more double coverage than Roddy and Gonzalez this year.
Also, as previously mentioned, AJ had more drops than Julio. Fact.
Megatron is #1.
Think that covers it.
I read this title and thought it was a joke...Megatron is one of the top 5 players in world...not just WR he can just take over a game..he is the best and its not close
When everyone runs out...we run in. Support your firemen.
Quick, who's the QB for Arizona? Most casual fans can't even name him because he sucks. Not fitzgeralds fault.
you obviously dont know football very good.
Started at the bottom, now we here.....better get used to it.
Not saying I agree, but his opinion>>>>>>>>>>anyone's on this board.
Gil Brandt @Gil_Brandt
I said it on @SiriusXMNFL this morning: Julio Jones is best WR in @NFL. Better than Megatron. Better hands, stronger, same speed. #SFvsATL
Mega>AJ>Julio... JJ is closing on AJ.
Julio is a beast no doubt. Megatron just does more without having a Rowdy white, or Gonzalez to draw major attention away. Megatron is the only big time target on his team.
