Okay now that I have calmed and thought of the situation
He clearly isn't going to FSU no matter what happens and I realized why Miami moved on
They don't need him plain and simple, they have Darling and McDermott coming in next year for sure
Both are elite level tackles, and have Flowers still too
Trickett will still blow this, I have no doubts
The kid wanted to go to UM which tells me that he didn't want to go to FSU, and nobody can convince me that the Noles were actually his #2, kid hasn't visited FSU in a very long time
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
I agree that he clearly favored um and intended on signing with them but now where else could he go?
Ole Miss-- has one OT already and look good for Golson, not sure how many they OL they will take.
Arkansas-- has one OT already and apparently Dwayne Johnson is about to decide between them and Neb, again not sure how many OT they would take.
USF--already has three OT's and would seem to be the only other option.
I'm hopin havin his boi Denson on the team and the bigtime need for an OT tackle is enough to end it. But with Trick ya never know if anything we would get him by default and i am cool with that.

This is what I told Lamp. Jimbo and Trickett will blow this some how. I do think this means Thomas heads to FSU.
Except Kirkland isn't an OT, but I agree he will prolly sign with Arkansas
Thomas and Kirkland to FSU, IMO
Would be awesome for us.
What sig you busting out on Wednesday, bro?
If we strike out on some of these guys I may stick with this one
I agree w/ this statement. Most project him as OG, not OT. He doesn't have the length to be OT, but he would be a TREMENDOUS OG.
I just don't see how he could blow this. That being said. Trick is gonna blow this.

What's worse than screwing the pooch? Golden just nailed it.
23,000 dolphins are killed every year in Japan. For pest control. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KRD8e20fBo
exactly Kirkland will end up at Arky or Ole Miss
Lulz at people thinking Golden "screwed the pooch". "Ice" has already changed his tone and said everything has been worked out this morning. Also Miami has limited scollys and got a DT commit last night which is why they couldn't wait for Kirkland. Timing was bad but he'd rather know a week in advance then on signin day. With his scolly
Pulled golden is confident he will have guys commit who are better or a position of need. If Kirkland was really so high on UM he should have committed already.
Ice and Randy Shannon=BFFs. Arky's looking good on this one.
Apparently Kirklands mom hates Randy Shannon
Everyone hates Trickett
What about James Clark? He a Fla. lock?
I don't use the word "lock" but I think we get him. He's coming in this weekend.
Yeah I figure you guy's will lock him up this weekend. I was just wondering if you guy's felt all along or not he was all Fla. I just read where 5 wr's are set for your class and hot after a 6th, but it isn't Clark.
Yeah well we all know that
I don't think we had him in the bag the whole time. But I think he's been leaning our way since we sent 5 coaches to his in-home. Bout two weeks. We were either taking he or Timmons. I think Timmons is going to Kentucky.
No problem. Clark isn't a lock, though. Meyer may sneak in the backdoor.
