Obviously you guys had a tremendous roster this year. Much like FSU you had major injuries early that cost you. But what was the missing spark that kept from getting the train rolling? Just in your opinion.
They lost to Alabama and Florida. Those are two pretty good defenses with some serious NFL talent in the front 7.
The right side of their offensive line was made up two very talented but very young RS freshmen. I may be wrong but the entire OL was shuffled around because of injuries.
As far as last night..............no defense can stay on the field for 100 plays and remain effective. You can blame that on the LSU offense being totally ineffective on 3rd down. Philosophically, Greg Studrawa is no Steve Kragthorpe.
Keep in mind that LSU also beat two very good teams in South Carolina and Texas A&M.
All in all it was a disappointing year by LSU standards but considering everything, 10 wins is 10 wins.
Play calling IMO, not an LSU fan though.
And what their defense did last year was unrepeatable, much like ours. So that was obviously a drop-off and mix that in with bad play calling and you have LSU's season.

That's been there MO all year crappy play calling. LSU fans want changes, but doesn't seem likely to happen. Like GA boy said very young on right side of OL, 1 TF and a RS FR.
Didnt play Rob Bolden enough.

It indeed has. Miles needs to let someone have all of the control on offense bad.
