Cotton Bowl Chairman Tommy Bain tells Austin columnist Kirk Bohls #LSU is "leader in clubhouse" to be #SEC team in the Cotton.
Looking strongly like Texas-LSU Cotton Bowl matchup if Horns don't get picked by Sugar Bowl; LSU's sold 20K Cotton Bowl ticket orders.
CB chairman Tommy Bain: "Yeah, (LSU's) the favorite in the cluhouse."
Bump over stupid bama threads

Successful year for LSU IMO
Will Texas go to the cotton bowl even if they lose?
Also this means we'll probably get Georgia
Ya if OU and KSU both get picked for BCS bowls.
LSU have fun kicking our shit in. Please send Mack Brown packing.
Call the cops. This is rape.
i've said for weeks that the SECCG loser wasnt headed to the Cotton. Bowls have "contracted" tie-ins and the Cotton gets SEC #3 or #4.
imo Georgia falls in the poll but remains the 3rd highest ranked SEC school therefore...
* Bama = NCG
1.Florida = Sugar
2..Georgia = CapOne or OutBack
i believe the SEC could pull "technical tie-ins" and let Texas "sit" but if they did ? the Chick-fil-A would be forced to host a S.Car(SEC #5 vs Clemson(ACC #2) rematch & no one wants that so look for Slive to work it out.
besides i dont hold it against Texas for being scared of A&M.

They saying A&M to Capital One
my point was simply the bowls have contracted tie-ins and its not Texas crying wolf (cotton opponent) its the fact the SEC or no one else wants to see S.Car. vs Clemson in the
Chick ( SEC#5 vs ACC #2) so there will be a SEC shuffle.
by rule / bowl alignment Georgia(SEC#3) and LSU(SEC#4) should get the nod in the CapOne & OutBack but this year w/ the Chick situation and 2 teams getting BCS bids there will be a shuffle of sorts.
