Try to keep in mind when their recruiting really started to turn it up a notch this year. Around the UA All-Star game when all of these players were together.
Desler who was named in the article is the owner of the Library, which is the club the videos all over the internet from last weekend with recruits on the stage were from. From the staff ,to the recruiting site guys(specifically Yancy Porter with Scout), to the boosters, it is a well oiled, connected, cheating machine full of lawyers and doctors with money to burn.
This is what I'm wondering as well. If Ole Miss feels like this is what they have to do to compete then whatever, go for it and take your chances. But dang, show a little discretion.
The NCAA is going to set up a branch office in Oxford if they are not careful.
They aren't a big 6 member. They're getting fvcked.
Know you guys wouldn't be over here ranting if Ole Miss wasn't doing something right. Ask a recruit what they like. So you are saying all those 5 stars we are discussing are being wooed by money? It will not fly with the recruits because they know the truth. On the field and on NSD, that's where this will play out. So there is the high road.
You're about to go down, big time. Enjoy it while you can
Also, schools that have crappy tradition and a history of sucking ass do not just starting raining in 5 stars over night.
Yeah. Did everyone forget the picture Treadwell posted a few days ago? C'mon guys. Tunsil was UGA or Bama and now all of a sudden he is all Ole Miss?

Nah, there's nothing fishy about Ole Miss at all.
Richard "Dickie" Scruggs might know what is going on at Ole Miss. Recruits must love him.........

Thanks for the advice everyone. I guess I will just have to enjoy it.
It's Ole Miss. They aren't exactly 'Bama or LSU..
That is true, but it still doesn't mean they are paying players.
No one knows either way
Bro I know all about that. Back in 92 or 93 we went down and stayed overnight for the game. Pop said I could go explore after we got our tailgate stuff set up. Fast forward some. Dad notified local campus police that I had been missing since 9:00 pm. Five hours later they found me at a frat house drunk and no longer a virgin. Best fkn night of my life.

"Nobody makes me bleed my own blood, nobody!"
So the least grossing team in the SEC thats in the poorest state in the country has more cash to dish around than anyone else?
Makes perfect sense! Hotty toddy
So you've ruled out the school and the state government paying for football recruits.
That solves that problem.
They're more Kentucky than Bama or LSU.
I wont let you talk about Kentucky like that
I was going to say it's akin to Minny recruiting at Ohio State's level.
and Jeff if they aren't paying players, these guys must really love the Blind Side.
I still don't get why black players go to ole miss. The school's mascot is one that supports slavery.
Team that hasn't done crap in years ... YEARS, all of a sudden recruiting as if it's Southern Cal in the Pete Carroll years out in Hollywood.
Something isn't right. No way a first year coach does this w/o cheating. What other explanation is there? Hell, even look at Clumpson couple years ago, they go 6-7 and rack in 3-4 5* players? LMFAO!!
